The couple however chose to hold a low key event that saw only friends and family attend. From the photos shared by the couple, seems that the two tied the knot this past weekend.
Just like most celebrities in the country, Cece and Victor opted for a ceremony that had no paparazzi snooping around.

One would think that by this time Zari Hassan is done with Diamond Platnumz, but this is not the case. As a matter of fact the Ugandan socialite might be head over heels for the Tanzanian singer.
