If this is not enough, the sassy singer has once again picked up a a fight with Diamond after accusing him of stealing lyrics from her song Ride. This comes just a few hours after Diamond Platnumz released a new song dubbed Cheche featuring Zuchu.
According to Jamal who is currently managing Tanasha Donna; Diamond Platnumz apparently did this to overshadow his baby mama following their bitter separation. He went on to tell Dizzim Online that the bongo singer has been trying to put down Tanasha but this time around he over stepped the boundaries!

Prominent Mombasa-based artiste, Susumila has finally come out to address accusations of using black magic and dark power to bag major gigs in Mombasa and manipulating the Governor on which Coastal artiste to support.
Soon after Hassan Joho took political office around 2013, he appointed Susumila as one of his ambassadors, something that rose his celebrity status in the Coastal town and that has since seen the artist bag positions of power and closely linked to the Mombasa Governor.

His power saw most of his music get financed by the politician as other artistes came out to claim he was ‘The Mombasa Cartel’ blocking their deals with Governor 001. During his interview with Jalang’o, the artiste finally addressed the claims.
The father of 4 who named his last child after the Governor, blasted Mombasa artistes for being too ungrateful and always lamenting even when someone helps them out. According to him, he has worked with so many creatives even behind the scenes and that is all that matters.

Speaking of being the one who handles cheques dished out by Joho to support Mombasa artistes, Susumila stated;
There is a lot that happens behind the scenes so I am usually the one given the money among other persons, because we are the ones who know what happens on the ground. We are the ones to decide which director or production crew an artiste will work with but the artistes become very choosy and that is the problem.
Having co-founded the popular 001 music record label, Susumila admitted that Joho had funded, through him, a couple of music projects by several artistes including Willy Paul, Ally B, Kelechi, Nadia Mukami, Masauti among others.

The Swahili artiste seemed to agree with Jalang’o that there are barriers put by these cartels to prevent other artistes from accessing Governor Joho directly and that they are the only connection to get to him.
“We are the eye of the Governor and his direct link,” implied Susumila.

A session that was not necessarily a Q&A but one that allowed her to give her original story, one that left her reflecting on her life and an interview that brought together her childhood family.
It was like I was reciting my life story directly to the lens and I got so emotional, at one point I nearly broke down but I tried to hold myself and be strong. I was literally being honest with myself in that interview; I accepted my not-so-pretty past and I openly spoke about it.
Betty further disclosed she had had a very rough relationship with her dad, but how he spoke about her during the interview on Churchill is what melted her heart.
He called me “daddy’s girl”. He was so proud of me and that was so special to me. I even texted him and said, “dad thank you so much for saying all those amazing words to me”. Because I never got to hear them many times while growing up. I got to hear what he actually thought about me.
Apart from her dad, Ms Kyallo was impressed by her mum’s and sister’s kind words to her, telling stories of her younger years that she got to hear for the first time in her life, courtesy of the Churchill interview.
“I’m happy I was alive to hear what my family had to say about Betty. In life, tell the people you love, what you think about them, what you love about them, what they do that makes you happy. Don’t wait to say it to them at their funeral or on their sick bed,” she urged her fans.

It is no longer a new tale in the media industry, a lesson that majority of journalists have since learnt and taken steps on in the event that they face redundancy or even for those that already have.

Once bitten, twice shy. Media professionals have now opted for second, third sources of income to sustain their families and even for financial security. However, for those that opted out of the circle or were forced out by unforeseen circumstances, self-employment has become the route to take for them. Let’s get right through it.

The sassy celebrity journalist has hopped several times in the media industry especially after her exit from her first home, KTN in 2018, to join rival station K24 where she exited in May 2020. Since then, Betty has been all about her beauty parlor business, Flair by Betty among other partnerships.

Late August 2020, the young beauty called it quits at KTN where she had been for the last 2 years in what she termed a new step into a different chapter. The beauty is now into content creation on her YouTube channel ‘Maalika Kazia’ where she mainly talks about her personal life.
The mother of 2 quit her plum job on Citizen TV’s Monday Special show as she went into maternity but never returned, where she soon after launched her book My First Time and has since been doing all sorts of gigs including running her enterprise Inua Dada.
The popular investigative journalist resigned from KTN in 2015 after multiple frustrations, to start his own investigative documentary series Africa Uncensored.

Terry was fired from Royal Media Services owned TV station Citizen TV in 2016, a move that totally broke her down for months before fully taking up her business empire, Keyara organics, that she had founded in 2014. She however currently holds multiple power positions in different entities.

The kid resurfaced barely hours ago with his own Talk show dubbed Centred which he believes is the start of his new journey and a complete revolution in the media market.

Chiki Kuruka has made it clear that being married into the Baraza family might have been one of the best decisions she ever made in her life.
The Nigerian-Swiss babe confirmed the claims in a recent photo shared online that had her beautifully cross arms with her father-in-law across each others’ shoulders, which was pretty adorable.

The wise men will tell you not to bite the hand that feeds; but unfortunately for Sailors gang, they did not just bite but abuse it too.
Well, word making rounds on social media is that Sailors fell out with their former management Fast Cash Music Group ran by KRG the Don.
Rumor has it that the group has not been seeing eye to eye with the flamboyant Kenyan dancehall singer refused to pay them for a collaboration about 4 months ago.
However according to KRG the Don, this was not part of the agreement when Sailors management approached him to mentor and support the boys; which he did!
Speaking about this issue during a well detailed interview done on Switch TV; KRG the Don went on to reveal how the boys came on board with the mentality that he would use his own money to support their music.

But unfortunately this could not happen as Sailors management inclusive of Mwalimu Rachel were in charge of their financials; and if anything KRG had already stepped in a number of times but Sailors still let him down.
Since the music industry keeps changing every now and then; KRG went on to warn the boys about their pride. According to him, Sailors will not go anyway especially with their mentality and arrogance.
Spilling the unknown details during their recent interview on Jessy Junction, Milly admitted that that day she had annoyed her husband enough, he even slept on the couch in the sitting room.
“This is kind of personal, we have never told anyone. So what happened, we had just gotten married and Kabi was so pumped up day and night. But soon as she had completed her studies, the kid booked Milly in advance, planned for their wedding day for a whole year before the D-day that saw the groom break down to tears.
It so happened that early that morning as he was dressing up, Kabi cried at a corner as his groomsmen felt sorry for him, not that he was not prepared for marriage but he became too emotional that it had finally become a reality.
It got worse when they got to church and as a dear Milly’s parents walked her down the isle to meet his Prince Charming, Kabi could not hold back his tears, asking his best man, Kymo to prevent him from crying before the crowd.
