“I don’t think it was the right time to announce it,” he said. “We don’t know what God has planned, right? Imagine if we get back together, people will say we’re clout-chasing. I’m not that kind of person. When we broke up, even the kids didn’t know. They thought I was in Dar-es-Salaam.”

“There was a trigger,” he revealed. “We were good, then suddenly things weren’t. We had a bill, and Nicah couldn’t sleep. I told her to relax, we’ll figure it out in the morning. That’s when she said, ‘Everyone should hustle separately.'”
