 Dj Pierra Makena celebrates daughters birthday with sweet message

DJ Pierra Makena has just celebrated three years of being a mum.

The popular DJ took to social media to honour her daughter who was born in 2016 with a sweet message. According to Makena, her water broke while she was at the Hub Mall in Karen.

“20th July 2016….at this time midnight…..i was going through the worst pain in my life….(labour) an hour later i was induced and maaan that damn pain….i was in soo much pain i turned blue black… OH did i ever mention that my water broke when i was walking up and down the stairs at the HUB MALL?????” she said.

Makena went on to share her delivering story saying that delivering her daughter Ricca Pokot was one of the best days in her life.

“Anyway….i remember 40 min later when I was in the delivery room the doc asked me to push and I didn’t know how to do it… I only knew how to breathe like i had done for the last 24hrs….but Gods grace was sufficient and i quickly got the hang of it and puuuushed and boom! At exactly 1.45 am i had a beautiful baby girl on my chest….i can’t tell where the pain went but i was not in any pain at all!!! I was just in tears just looking at this human who i own!! HAPPY BORN DAY RICCA POKOT…LOVE YOU TO DEATH.” she added.

DJ Pierra Makena is just two steps away from leaving third floor and she recently made sure she’s enjoying her 30s.

The popular DJ recently surprised Kenyans after sharing her birthday photos and stating that she’s now 38 years old.  Many followers couldn’t believe the DJ was that old, arguing that she looks 28.

“Hello 38. Never been happier.My 38 has started well,” she wrote.

For her birthday, Makena got a surprise yummy cake and celebrated with family and friends at Hemingways Hotel in Karen. She later left for a mini holiday at Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara where she spent her weekend there.

“Morning Safari ???????? …….sun kissed…… Next stop uhuru gardens for @akotheekenyacharity concert,” she posted. 

Makena also thanked her fans and friends for the wishes saying:

“Thank you all for the birthday wishes.. for all calls and messages….and kind words……..this is to a great year,” she posted.

Female DJ and mother of one, Pierra Makena seems  to be embracing her new size. Well before her baby arrived about 2 years ago the lady was petit with huge hips that made most ladies jealous.

After she however gave birth, the lady gained a few pounds here and there; but she seems not to be bothered by this either! Lately she has been spotted showing off her curves in the short videos shared on her Instagram page.

What caught my attention is what she stepped out wearing this past weekend. Judging from yet another video on her page it’s evident to see that Pierra Makena was out to slay.

Dressed in a sheer lace sequin body suit, Pierra’s figure was left visible from all directions. Looking at the photos and video from her page and comments we can all agree that some were willing to give anything to have her look their way.
