Dela: I can never date Timmy Tdat

It turns out Dela and Timmy Tdat have never had a thing contrary to popular belief. The songbird asserts that she can never date Timmy.

Dela and Timmy are currently riding high on their hit ‘Well Be Ok’. The two are artists have worked together in other songs before.

Timmy ‘hooked up’ with Dela after he was dumped by Kush Tracey. The two have been tight ever since sparking speculations they are an item.

No one seems to believe me

Dela says no one seems to believe her when she says she is not dating Timmy Tdat. The songbird explained during an interview with Buzz that Timmy and her have tremendous respect for each other.

“Hahaha! I like that, everyone wants it like that and every time I say we are not, no one seems to believe me. We’re just good friends, best of friends for that matter, nothing serious, we can never date. What we have between us is a good working relationship and tremendous respect for each other,” Dela explained when asked whether she was dating Timmy.

Dela ‘catches feelings’ as her name is included among celebs who use drugs

‘Mafeelings’ hit maker has not taken it lightly that her name is associated with drug use. The songbird was forced to address this allegation as it was tainting her well manicured reputation.

A handful of Kenyan celebrities have been said to be using drugs. But interestingly no one has ever really proved the said celebs take drugs.

Dela also rumored to be on drugs

Surprisingly Dela Maranga, popularly known as Dela, has also been suspected of using drugs. The singer however has no tolerance for people trying to show her in bad light.

Dela stated that those linking her with drug use were having ill motives. She said she would not tolerate anyone slandering her name.

“A lot has been said about me. Sometimes some things are said that could affect my life. Rumors have been going on that I’m on drugs. I’m not on drugs. That’s not a funny joke about somebody. That’s character assassination.

I didn’t take it lightly and at the same time i didn’t want it to affect me. Some people should be more careful about what they write about other people,” said Dela.

After Timmy Tdat is singer Dela dating this fine tall man (Photo)

Sultry singer Dela a few days shared a photo flaunting her curves in a swimming suit creating room for the team mafisi to ogle her fine assets but the sad part is that she seemed to be in the company of her man.

Dela at the Nokia Launch

From the photo angle it was not easy to tell who the fella was but luckily she has shared another edited photo where she is seen in the company of a tall bearded fella who could be the man she is currently seeing.

The fella however still remains mysterious but judging from the photo, he looks like one fine fella who might have just won himself some of the dark chocolate fineness.

For this reason we are not sure whether this is a photo from one of her upcoming projects or if indeed the two are dating.

Singer Dela shows off her curvaceous body in a tiny black swimming suit

When she is not in the studio work on new projects, the lady is usually out somewhere trying to have a good time.

Well, her latest photo shows the lady at the beach with her new found love judging from the male hand seen holding her hand.

We are however not sure whether the photo is from her latest project or the lady was on a baecation with her new man.

Anyway, what we cannot overlook is the fact that the lady definitely killed with the black swimming suit and finally for ones she has given her grey weave sometime off. Check out the photo below:

Issa problem! Singer Dela trolled after stepping out with this white wig

Singer Dela might be the sexiest singer we have come across in the longest time. She is playing in her own league – that is vocally and I bet the only person who is in her level musically is Victoria Kimani.

Away from that, Dela is not as sassy as we expected her to be. Let us just say that she is a simple lady who enjoys trying out new things and this is how she ended up with a wig that apparently looks like a mob.

Okay…to be honest the hair wasn’t that bad but the person who fixed it left her looking abit crazy and I bet we can all agree to this after checking out the photo below.

Fans on the other hand could not let this slide and decided to tell her the bitter truth with Zero chills judging from what some wrote….below are some of the comments left under the photo;

Dela goes easy on Bebe Cool even though he singled her out in his list of laziest musicians in Kenya

Dela was among Kenyan artistes that Ugandan singer Bebe Cool sensationally claimed were LAZY. The ‘Mafeelings’ hit maker has responded to Bebe Cool’s onslaught in a way not many people expected.

The veteran Ugandan reggae/ragga crooner who is in Kenya for Coke Studio Africa 5, claimed that Sauti Sol were the only musicians from Kenya who have clout outside the country’s border.

Bebe Cool took a swipe at Dela despite having collaborated with in a mash up song that also features Tanzania’s Rayvanny and American RnB sensation Jason Derulo.

Dela however has no hard feelings over what Bebe Cool said, the Kenyan songbird had nice things to say about the Ugandan singer despite him having a low opinion of her.

“Bebe is a nice guy and we have actually been talking of a collaboration since the time we met and did a song together with Jason Derulo and Rayvanny for the Coke Studio. However if at all that’s what he said, I would say it’s relative and just an opinion. I am not concerned with such issues to be honest, because everyone knows Dela is one of the most hardworking artiste in Kenya releasing single after single. I have done media tours in Uganda and Tanzania as well. Currently, I am preparing my albums and I have featured a few Ugandan musicians. And we are not lazy. However, I wouldn’t want to drop a disparaging remark, but anyway how many Ugandan artiste get played here? Yet they are big in their own way back in Uganda,” Dela told Nation.

“I haven’t heard of Dela before Coke Studio” Bebe Cool blasts Kenyan musicians for being lazy

Veteran Ugandan reggae/ragga artiste Bebe Cool has shared his honest opinion about Kenyan artistes, he thinks musicians from the 254 are generally lazy.

Bebe Cool, who is in Kenya for Coke Studio, has been interviewed by a number of local news outlets during his stint in the country.

It was during his interview with The Insyder that the Ugandan singer raised eyebrows, he claimed Sauti Sol were the only musicians from Kenya who have clout outside the country’s border. The Ugandan collaborated with Sauti Sol to drop ‘Mbozi Za Malwa’.

“To tell the truth there is Sauti Sol. I would definitely tell you I don’t think I can rate anybody else coz basically apart from the old legendary it’s only Sauti Sol that made sure they made a name in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Africa,” Bebe Cool said.

And to support his claim, Bebe Cool cited the case of Dela whom he said he didn’t know she existed until he met her at Coke Studio.

“I just met Dela recently and I haven’t even listened to her music so that means Kenyan artistes are a little bit lazy. I usually say that and I’m never shy about it because I haven’t heard of Dela before Coke Studio. If Dela has management she has to think twice and move to international platform because that is how I will know you,” added Bebe Cool.
