Ben Kitili’s wife was recently accused of staging a break up on social media; but unluckily for her, this stunt backfired on her making it difficult to recover.
Word on the street is that she pulled this pulled this move hoping to get more exposure on social media; now that she wants to share her weight loss journey through her IG page.
In just a few weeks after her ‘break up’ Mrs Kitili came back with yet another post, apologising for overreacting following a short argument with her hubby. Through her IG page Kitili’s wife went on to write saying;

Anyway turns out that her break up story was used to capture the attention of her online followers; and now that she got it – Amina Mude has started opening up about her weight loss journey!

On her latest post, Amina Mude not only opened up about her weight loss journey but battle with depression. Turns out that after welcoming her first child in 2015 she was diagnosed with hypothyroidism; that led to her sudden weight gain and depression.
Amina went on to add;
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism back in 2015 immediately after I had my daughter. I was experiencing almost all symptoms of hypothyroidism. Depression and severe weight gain were my biggest concern. I was 95kgs from 69kgs. This was followed by episodes of depression. Thank God I discovered that I was hypothyroid. 4 years down the line, I have been able to control my thyroid levels. Am happier and healthier,
