Flashback Friday: Diana Marua as an innocent teenager before the fame

Lately Bahati’s wife has been making headlines on most Kenyan tabloids. Well, this is because she got married to a man who is 6 years younger than her surprising many.

Before meeting Bahati, the lady is said to have been around the block as she dated a few celebrities. However, after meeting Bahati the lady fell in love and is now expecting her first child with the singer.

Diana Marua has also been very active on her social media pages. She not only shares her photos with Bahati but also with her friend and family.

Just recently I bumped into two throwback photos of the lady from back in the day. One photo she looks like she was still in primary school while the other one she was definitely in high-school.

Looking at both photos you will notice that Diana Marua has always been a light-skinned lady from day one. This confirms that she has not altered her skin tone as most think.

The couple is looking forward to having a white wedding soon after their baby is here. They however held a traditional wedding a few months ago to officiate their union.

Will president Uhuru Kenyatta be among the invited quests at gospel singer’s grand wedding? Bahati spills the beans

Gospel Singer Bahati is counting just a few months before he officially exchanges his vows with the love of his life, Diana Marua who also happens to be the future mother of his second child since word around town is that the lady is 5 months pregnant.

The two are however living as man and wife after they held their traditional wedding a few weeks ago as revealed through their social media pages. Though their union was done in-front of their parents, elders and friends the two are still looking forward to having a white wedding which will go down after Diana Marua welcomes her baby.

According to Bahati who has been revealing a few details about his wedding, he claims that the wedding will take place at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) and hopefully some of the invited quests like President Uhuru Kenyatta and big politicians will be present.

“I must ensure that President Kenyatta receives my invitation to the wedding. It will be big, all my fans in Nairobi will also be invited,”

The singer on the other hand went on to brush off a rumor stating that he rushed his traditional wedding to avoid his second child being born out of wedlock by saying;

“I did not fear being judged – that my wife conceived out of wedlock. Actually, I married to show a good example to society, especially the youth who look up to me as a mentor. I just wanted to show them that kama unataka kuwa na mali, uichukue kwa halali, si kwa kuiba,”
