Popular Kenyan content creator Tyler Mbaya, known as Baha, has shared his priorities for his future love life after separating from baby mama Georgina Njenga. While acknowledging the importance of physical attraction, Baha emphasizes that looks alone won’t win him over this time.

“I’m not looking for anything physical although it might play out,” Baha told his fans on social media. “I want someone intelligent, and loyal, and she should be my safe space. I want someone who can give me peaceful vibes.”

This shift in his focus reflects a desire for deeper connection and stability in his next relationship. Loyalty, intelligence, and the ability to create a calming and supportive environment are now at the top of his list.

The news comes after Baha and Georgina announced their amicable separation in July 2023. Shortly after, Georgina revealed a new relationship with a tattoo-matching partner, leaving fans wondering about Baha’s next steps.

While he remains tight-lipped about his current dating life, his open discussion about desired qualities in a partner offers a glimpse into his priorities. He seems eager to find someone who aligns with his values and complements his life beyond just outward appearances

Former Machachari actor Tyler Mbaya, popularly known as Baha, has announced that he will be taking a social media break to focus on his mental health.

In a post on his Instagram page, Baha said that he is “turning over a new leaf” and that he needs to take some time for himself to “detox” and “prioritize” his mental health.

“Doc feels like I need a small social media break as a form of detox as I start on my journey to recovery,” he wrote. “I agree…I need to prioritize my mental health. Hence I’ll take a two-week break to allow me to have a proper start. Will be back soon. #recovery”

Baha’s decision to take a social media break comes after he admitted to having a gambling problem earlier this month. In a press briefing, he said that he was facing shame for his habit and that he had sought help to correct it.

“I’m not proud of the things I’ve done,” he said. “But I’m taking steps to get better. I’m going to therapy and I’m working on myself.”

Baha’s decision to seek help has been praised by many of his fans and supporters. They have expressed their support for him and wished him well on his journey to recovery.

“I’m proud of you for taking this step,” one fan wrote. “It takes a lot of courage to admit that you need help. I’m here for you.”

“You’re not alone,” another fan wrote. “There are people who care about you and want to help. We’re all rooting for you.”

Baha’s decision to take a social media break is a positive step in his journey to recovery. He is setting a good example for others who may be struggling with addiction or mental health.

Machachari actor Baha (Tyler Mbaya) welcomed his first ever child in tandem with his girlfriend Georgina Njenga almost a year ago. The two lovebirds welcomed their first child after being in a relationship for over a year. And it was all joy for them as they celebrated the arrival of their first born daughter.

The two have had their ups & downs; but they’ve never seized to support each other. Baha claims that many youngins who are looking up to him normally ask him if it’s appropriate to settle at an early age. Baha however, claims that everyone should have their own timing.

Baha On Settling Down

While at his early 20’s, Baha already has a kid- somethin which not so many people are able to do. For the latter reason, Baha created a colloquy on the reason why he decided to have a family at a young age.

”Many other times nilikuwa unhappy rather than happy. I really needed a family. That’s why I had to create my own.”

According to Tyler, his mother’s death was the cause of him to make the decision. He’s currently raising his daughter with his girlfriend.

Kamau Mbaya, popularly known as actor Baha, is without a doubt one of the actors that made childhood interesting in the popular Machachari program. The actor has however undergone several challenges growing up. One of them is losing his mother.

Baha lost his mother Wanade, real name Beth Nyambura Mbaya, to cancer back in 2013 when he was still young.

In an interview, the actor opens up on the challenge he’s facing of not getting any other acting gig(s) after growing up. He says that most of the upcoming films typecast actors. This leaves out most of the other actors with the assumption that they are only good in one role.

” Angalia hadi majuu, kuna kid stars kama Jace Norman wa Henry Danger. Sai ako frustrated because studios zimem typecast, so ni hard kuget. Hio ndio issue sana.”

He also adds that most Kenyan actors are facing similar challenge. He also gave an example of the late Papa Shirandula. He says that the industry is now looking for newer faces.

Baha admits he never had it smooth growing up and he had to find ways of surviving with his only sibling Mungai Mbaya, who is two years older than him.

The actor also says he used to pay high school fees for his brother and himself.
