Expressing gratitude to her supporters, Azziad Nasenya emphasized that she is not representing Kenya at the Paris Olympics 2024, addressing what she termed as false allegations circulating on the matter.
“My engagement with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Creative Economy, and Sports was focused on the Creatives Technical Committee of the Talanta Hela Council, led by Daniel Ndambuki, also known as Churchill,” Azziad clarified.
She further explained, “I was appointed to represent the youth in this committee, but it was disbanded in June 2023, and I have not been involved since then.”

Azziad Nasenya went on to refute claims about her travel funding, stating that her trips to Dubai and other places were privately financed by clients and family, not by the Government of Kenya. She clarified that her Dubai trip was part of a content creation campaign fully funded by a client, debunking allegations of misuse of public funds.
