Mixed Reactions
Muigia’s rates have sparked varied reactions on social media. Some users find the pricing reasonable, while others express surprise.
This isn’t the first time a Kenyan celebrity has made their influencer rates public. Other personalities like Willy Paul, Mulamwah, Crazy Kennar, Jackie Matubia, Mammito, and Juliani have also shared their rates.
What is a Rate Card?
An influencer rate card is a document detailing the cost of an influencer’s services. It typically includes prices for various types of content, platforms used, and brand preferences.
Ben Pol recently converted to Islam from Christianity; something we did not expect. Not that his decision is any of our businesses but it appears that he may have caught his family unawares too.
His mum, Mrs Buhondo however recently had an interview with Ijumaa Wikienda newspaper; where she shared a few unknown things about her son.
According to the lady, she hasn’t been able to talk to Ben Pol since he converted as her calls to him have not been going through.
Speaking about her son’s change of faith, Mrs Buhondo said;
I’m also confused because I only recently saw the photo on social media. I’m shocked but I haven’t spoken to him yet; I’ll look for him so he can tell me what he’s decided on. I called him but my calls went unanswered. Maybe he needs time to rest and doesn’t want disturbances.
Marriage to Anerlisa
Just like any other mother trying to shield her children from shame and embarrassment; Mrs Buhondo went on to confirm that Anerlisa and Ben Pol are still together.
Yes they are together, even though she has travelled.
Not quite sure what she meant by the two are still together considering the fact that they both proved that their union is over.
Unlike before, they both don’t wear their wedding bands and even deleted photos of each other from their pages – which is usually considered the official announcement of a break to online couples.
But hey…who knows? These two might just be together after all!
Anerlisa Muigai is not any different from any other normal woman. She also happens to have her insecurities and this is why she recently shared one of the challenges she has been facing.
Having married the love of her life in a low key wedding back in Tanzania; Anerlisa now says that she now has to deal with body weight pressure.
Apparently this is because she has to keep her body in check to avoid adding excess weight which would lead to online trolls; and having been there before, she obviously does not wish to get back to that.
In a new photo shared on social media, Anerlisa opened up about this saying;
“The challenging part about dating an artist, is that you have to keep your body fit all the time”
Weight loss journey
Before the weight loss, Anerlisa Muigai had been struggling with her excess weight but it took her a while before deciding to change her life.
Speaking about what pushed her to lose weight, Anerlisa opened up revealing that on one morning; as she woke up to a fast heartbeat that left her breathless and crying, and on January 4, 2016, she decided her life needs to change.
During a recent interview, the lass was asked whether people treat her any different now that she is smaller; to which Anerlisa responded saying;
Ooh Yes, when I was big people used to stare at me.. I got to the point I was thinking they can probably see what I just ate. I used to enter a cloth store and get a ‘Sorry we don’t have clothes your size here’ as in the 4 years I have taken to lose weight were the toughest years but definitely worth it. Now people stare in admiration which is not a bad thing but can get uncomfortable.
Even as the world forges forward, Anerlisa Muigai´s wound of her sister´s untimely demise forever remains until they meet again.
A sister irreplaceable, gone during her youthful days, an energetic, vibrant, open-minded and extroverted being who lived a life away from the cameras.
Following her controversial death, Kenyans made several conclusions, among them being that Tecra was a free spirit who had been caged by her parents´ fame and affluent lifestyle.
But all she needed was some space of her own, to live life by her rules.
No leadership position to wake up to every morning. No scheduled meetings and evening dinners with partners or investors. No name to protect and no rules to follow.
Anyway, we all learn lessons in life and Tecra´s death has been a source of light to her sister, Anerlisa Muigai.
The lessons
The last-standing Keroche heiress has turned into a motivational speaker, slowly coming to terms with life´s harsh realities and facts that many of us tend to take lightly.
In a series of Instastories, Anerlisa spoke of friendship, a circle that grows smaller the minute you loose everything.
Individuals you should not always trust with your personal life because some day, they will use it to their advantage and to your disadvantage.
And when you receive that blessing, keep it to yourself. Who said everyone should no about it? After all, can you tell your enemies from your friends?
However, if they do you wrong, don´t be the one to revenge, greater forces can do that for you. Just make peace with them.
After all, two wrongs never made a right.
Instead, invest in your kin: your family, your lover, those closest to your heart because these are the people who shall never back out on you.
For the lovebirds, work together from the very start and rise up to build your kingdom with your Queen.
At the end of the day, it all trickles down to one thing: those who will hold your hand, cry with you, comfort you, give you hope and show you love while on your deathbed.
For those who would think twice, then probably shouldn´t be in your circle.
As she closed off, she stated: that at the end of it all, do not give up kindness for anything else. Be kind.
Just over the weekend, Bonfire Adventures CEO broke to the world, news of Keroche Indutires’ Anerlisa Muigai pregnancy but she seems uninformed about it all.
She captions:
I am here minding my own business then I get alot of DMs saying Congratulations to me.
Can somebody tell me what the Congratulations are all about? .

Then already well acquainted fans and followers are quick to answer the wealthy business girl:
Hahaa Simon Kabu says theres a BenPol in the oven

Apparently you are lightly pregnant….

This particular one had me eagerly waiting for the Nero CEO´s response, but seems she had an impromptu meeting with investors to handle first:

Unfortunately, it seems she left us some homework to work on and submit in due time.
