Kenyan gospel artiste Mr. Seed has opened up about his struggles with depression following a tragic road accident that left him bedridden for almost a month.
In an Instagram post, Mr. Seed shared that he has been feeling helpless and hopeless since the accident. He said that he has been unable to walk or clean himself, and that he has been feeling “depressed.”
Mr. Seed’s accident happened on his way to Nanyuki a month ago. He was traveling with a group of friends when their car was involved in a head-on collision. Mr. Seed was the only survivor.
Mr. Seed’s wife, Nimo Gachuiri, has also been open about the trauma of the accident. She said that she was “scared” and “confused” when she first arrived at the scene of the accident. She said that she couldn’t believe that Mr. Seed was alive.
Mr. Seed and Nimo are grateful to be alive, but they are still struggling to cope with the aftermath of the accident. Mr. Seed has said that he is “not sure” when he will be able to walk again, and he is still dealing with the emotional trauma of the experience.
