Ali Kiba rewarded for promoting tourism in Zanziba

Tanzania singer Ali Kiba has been awarded for promoting domestic tourism in Zanzibar.

Aki Kiba was rewarded with a certificate of appreciation by the Zanzibar Minister of Information, Tourism and Heritage Mahmoud Kombo for promoting local tourism in the country.

“I am very happy to be awarded a Certificate of Local Tourism to add more leverage to promote tourism in Zanzibar and Tanzania in general, to my fellow Tanzanians and even tourists from different countries, we will continue to welcome them,” said the Tanzanian singer.

Rewards

He further said that United Republic of Tanzania and  Zanzibar should work together to ensure that other artists who are promoting tourism are rewarded.

“I further urge our governments of the United Republic of Tanzania and  Zanzibar to continue to appreciate the contribution of the various Tanzanian artists and to use us in promoting the various sectors of our country.” he said.

Ali Kiba’s marriage has been in the limelight recently over divorce rumors with his Kenyan wife, Amina Khalef.

The two might not be apart as such but it is definite that they are not in good terms. Something they probably need to resolve before it hits them even harder.

Up and close with Tanzania’s Clouds FM, the Bongo superstar has come out to clear the air on on-going divorce speculations.

According to Tanzanian gossip, Kiba’s family has been tainted as a bunch of bullies and trolls who have subjected his wife to mental torture.

Funny thing though, is how he instead defends his mother on the same. His mum apparently fell sick due to pressure from the rumors that had hit the rooftop.

An emotional Ali Kiba shared:

Mama yangu ndio msuluhishi mkuu ikitokea mimi na mke wangu tuna ugomvi, sijapenda watu waliojaribu kumkosea adabu Mama yangu. Tuwaheshimu Mama zetu, hata mke wangu ni Mama, heshima kwa akina Mama wote.
