Akothee´s current situation has been worrying to many and if anything, raising speculations that the black beauty might indeed be pregnant.
The controversial singer staged her performance at the much-hyped Luo Festival held in Kisumu before collapsing on stage.
Prior to these, Akothee had been on the hospital bed for not less than 5 days running – all due to fatigue and lack of enough rest.
However, the daring singer resumed duty with vigorous dance moves that left us in awe of her true health status.
Second scare
After her second collapse, fans have had enough and they want the mother of 5 to reveal whether she is pregnant.
In response to this, her manager, Nelly Oaks dismissed the claims, attribute her collapsing to fatigue once more.

Up and close with radio presenter Willy M Tuva, Oaks clarified:
No, no, nooo, she is not pregnant, it is purely fatigue. She is resting and soon she will be back in action.
The singer´s manager went ahead to reveal that the doctors had given Akothee a 2-week bed rest before she could resume her duties.
