When was the last time you saw an Akothee song that featured a  Kenyan artist? Probably never.

The singer has explained why she never works with fellow Kenyan artists saying that they love cheap scandals that just revolved around affairs and sex.

Help those who help her

Akothee, who has worked with several big shots around Africa so far including Diamond Platnumz, said that she also supports only those who support her.

In her post, she tagged Victoria Kimani, Nyota Ndogo, Eric Omonid, Nameless and Sossun as some of the people who support her and therefore returns the favour to them.

Akothee had promised a special gift for the top three candidates in the 2018 KCPE exam a week ago.

The singer, staying true to her words, gave Ivy wanjiku, Rawlings Odhiambo, Victor Momanyi and their mothers an exotic trip to Malindi.

Through an Instagram post, Akothee had promised the three a fully-paid trip to Malindi at Dream Garden courtesy of her company and were also flown by Silverstone Air.

Never compete with a woman who doesn’t have kids- Akothee

Who do you compete with in life? That’s the question singer Akothee has for you.

The singer recently took to social media to bash mothers who kill themselves while competing with young girls who have almost zero responsibilities.

According to Akothee, if you have kids, you shouldn’t have time to compete since you have a lot to do while the person you are trying to go against, has only one mouth to feed.

“At one point we were also girls before we became women ! So don’t try to compete with a lady without a child ! Remember she has one mouth to feed , she can take water and sleep! She can take all her time to decorate one corner of her house to post just to look organised ! She can buy and exchange different cars because the only responsibility she has is her , she can spend all her time jumping from one restaurant to the other or one hotel room to the other one plane to the other without thinking of going back home because she has no any other life depending on her ! She is walking with her kids on her knee ! So if you start competing or comparing yourself with such a person yet you already have mouths to feed may be 1,2,3,4,5 like madamboss , are you doing justice to yourself?” She said.

The singer then went on to advise parents to focus on their longtime goals other than just competing and gauging themselves with useless things.

Tax ni wewe! Akothee shares the millions she pays in school fees every term for her kids

Talk about balling.

Singer Akothee has has shared the amount of money she spends every term on school fees and it actually more than most Kenyans spend in an year.

According to the mother of five, she spends close to Ksh 1.5 million every three months to pay for school fees for four of her kids. According to the singer, her Mzungu sponsors all ditched her and they don’t help her except for one.

“I am a mother of five and as much as I gave birth with mzungus, they don’t support me fully, its only baba Oyoo, the young boy that is supporting his son, the four are mine and mine alone. I support my kids alone. My daughter Fancy Makadia is in Braeburn she is paying Sh800, 000 per term, the other two are in Strathmore you know how the school fees there is,” she said on NTV’s Wicked Edition.

Hard work

Akothee went on to share why she’s always pushing herself and works hard so much saying that it’s because of the lifestyle she’s trying to give her kids.

“I get so tired that even when I go for school meetings I switch off, I really work hard. People see things on social media and they think it’s all rosy…There is this time I was supposed to perform at One Africa Music festival, I normally get energy burnout several times, if you don’t see me online just know she is in bed. I collapsed and I didn’t make it for the One Africa music Fest…”

Men think I hate them but I do not. We cannot do without men -Akothee

Singer Akothee doesn’t hate men as many think. A quick look at her Instagram timeline, you might end up concluding that the mother of five hates men because of her posts, but in a recent interview, she explained that all what she tries to tell women is to know when to say NO.

“Men think I hate them but I do not.  We cannot do without men, but women should also learn how to say NO. I cannot let any man make plans for me and if they try to I will be out of there so fast they will be dizzy. I am in a relationship, but I will not discuss it,” she said in an interview with SDE. 

The singer also shared why she’s no longer a big fan of the church despite being a staunch christian.

“I realised that the church was full of hypocrites. So I got out, became a dancer and a party animal. Not that I dropped my faith…No. I am a staunch Christian but I do not accommodate hypocrites,” she said. 

Invest

Unlike what many believe, Akothee also went on to explain that she’s not a spendthrift. She handles her money very carefully and avoids spending it on unnecessary, expensive things.

“I am not extravagant. Not at all. I can wear the same dress for a week if I need to and I will not care who says what about it. Instead of buying a pricey handbag, I take that money and invest it. I do not hang around social groups and I hate people who brag, especially about having spent money in clubs.

“That is not an investment.  My child may need the money later on, so I am not going to waste it. When I got pregnant, my second husband gave me money to cater for the child and I came back here and invested it,” she said. 

 

Akothee: Don’t ask me my opinion about sponsors, I am not your mother

For a woman who speaks about sponsors almost everyday on her platform, singer Akothee suddenly doesn’t want to.

The mother of five always talks about sponsors but recently blasted off Kenyans who wanted to hear about her take on the recent Sharon Otieno’s shocking story and how women should handle sponsors.

“Don’t ask me my opinion about sponsors, I am not anybody’s mother, those girls have their own parents to educate them on what to do and what not to, I am not responsible for anyone’s choice, just the same way you can choose to wear condoms or not.” she said on Instagram. 

Not my job

She added that she has her own kids to look after and Kenyans shouldn’t add any responsibilities on her.

She also said things were different during her era when growing up so mothers should handle their kids themselves.

“HALOOOOOO, does your mother follow you to check if you doing the right thing in bed? So whom am I? Dont hung your children’s responsibility on my back ! I have only 3 girls, whom am responsible for! I was not brought up with internet or celebs, the only celeb I knew in my days was YONDO SISTER, SO SHOULD I BLAME HER FOR MAKING ME LOVE MUSIC,” he said.

Singer Akothee has always been out spoken about her personal life on social media.

The singer recently took time to make a special post for her manager Nelly Oaks who is also her boyfriend.

According to the singer, Nelly has played a lot in her successful career and she believes her life is always on his hands. She thanked God that she met him.

Singer Akothee has come out to ask Kenyan celebrities to stop faking lifestyle on social media to get likes.

Her message comes days after NTV presenter Kobi Kihara was on the spot for stealing pictures online and posting them on her account as hers. According to Akothee, Kenyan celebrity should avoid such things because they have to explain everything to their fans.

Akothee orders daughters to block man after he gave them a harsh reality check

Akothee is on a blocking, dissing and unfriending party and anyone hating on her and her family is cordially invited. The controversial singer has been spending a lot of her time lately addressing the hate she’s getting from her fans.

In the process, she has been blocking and exposing them on their social media. She recently had another encounter with yet another fan who attacked her daughter after she posted a photo.

Lioness! Akothee responds with fire after fan threatened her on Instagram

Singer Akothee had a ruthless response to a fan who threatened to report her to authorities and ban her from travelling to West Africa.

On Instagram, the fan said: “Akothee like seriously do you know what you just did. I will put a sanction on you. That will stop you from visiting any West Africa countries. Am the law in West Africa and you should know what that means. I will write to your government. Enough is enough.”

Akothee wins court case against mzungu baby daddy who wanted to take her kids?

Seems like Akothee has made a huge progress in a pending court case between her and her baby daddy. This year has seen the mother of five head to court because the father of her son was making unreasonable demands.

The case has been going on since January but she has not being sharing much. On Instagram today, she opened up saying that God has once again helped her, hinting that she might have actually won the case.

Singer Akothee was recently forced to attack a fan after claiming she cheated on her Mzungu with an Arabian. The fan questioned whether the kids, Oyoo and Ojwang’s fathers are truly whites or Zanzibar-based Arabians and not half-white like they should be.

Akothee wasn’t happy with the question, she fired back with a ruthless reply that left many surprised.

Akothee plans to make a major expose on ‘fake’ people who have been tarnishing her name

Some formed groups on WhatApps to tarnish her name. Others are spreading malicious information about her using word of mouth and some are pretending to be her friend while secretly, they are enjoying it all.

Akothee has vowed they’ll all pay for what they are doing. She’s going to expose them.

Pray for her family! Akothee mourning after losing two brothers

Singer Akothee is mourning after losing two family members.

The singer announced on Instagram that she lost two brothers in less than a week, one who was being transported after dying while in Nairobi and another perished in an accident when taking the body back home.

Found missed calls

The singer shared that she had switched her phone off only to find dozens of missed calls as family members tried to reach her. She asked her fans to pray for her after the tragedy since the two brothers were also orphans.

“Lord have mercy, Eeh I just switched on my phone and found 20 missed calls from my family , R.I.P OTIENO & OWINO, MY family has just lost 2 brothers from the same mother, OWINO out of motuary today and the car carrying the casket from Nairobi involved in an accident before arriving home , his elder brother OTIENO passed on today , we lost their father last year and their mother 2 years ago ! This is saaaad! Am really pained ! God have mercy R.I.P jokadera.”

Singer Akothee has been dishing advice for a long time now on her social media platforms. While some have hated her guts, many have enjoyed her wild posts which usually end up becoming post of the day.

She was on social media again to advise ladies to work had since success doesn’t come easy as many think.

“If you are here thinking someone got rich through sex ! Yet you are a product of sex! Just know your father played your mother big time! Now Go ask your mother her partners in crime and demand for your mothers dividends now that you are aware sex can earn you wealth! & comment at your own risk if the man you are with right now is the one who broke your virginity sundu!” she said on her platform.

According to the singer some women have been locked in a fantasy world which ends up leaving them in a mess. She asked them to be realistic and focus on growth since sex is never a means to success.

She added:

Akothee’s daughter forced to attack blogger after claiming her mum is dead

Drama has always surrounded Akothee and her family.

The singer has a brand new song called Oyoyo, featuring MC Galaxy which is already taking over airwaves. A blogger thought it would be wise to capitalize on the singer’s buzz by posting a dirty April Fools joke, a thing that annoyed her and the rest of her family.

The blog claimed the singer was dead given Akothee’s past visit to the hospital, a thing that really angered her daughter Fancy Makadia.

“That blog that is busy saying my mom is dead Well News flash My mom is alive and kicking You are wicked and may you all be punished, Mrs oyoyo get up so that they can see you.’’ She posted.

Akothee also attacked the blog for ‘killing’ her:

Sick Akothee uses her cats to give example on how you should treat anyone who terrorizes you

Akothee has several cats in her huge bungalow. And as she feeds them, she watches them carefully.

From this, she has learnt a few lessons on how people should treat those who keep terrorizing their kids and them.

Your children should be your priority

In the post, the singer, who has just been released from hospital, shares how one of her cats — Oprah — struggled for space in the house and managed to keep the dog so that it’s kittens can be happy.

She asked single mothers to emulate this kind of spirit if they need to survive in this tough world.

“Orpah has four kittens with no father what say you? Don’t you learn from nature ? She gave birth upstairs in one of the dressing rooms hide her baby’s from Salome & co ! She fought the 8 dogs and secured upstairs for herself and the kittens! Salome had to cheza chini if at all she wanted to stay upstairs ?? Orpah broke the rules & accepted to die for her children!

Akothee has been forced to change her mobile number after she accidentally exposed it while shooting a video on Instagram.

The controversial singer sent a post on Instagram alerting all her clients and associates saying that she has changed her business line. She was shooting an Instalive video when it all happened.

People started calling her for all kind of reasons forcing her to get a new one.

“Came home to spend quality time with my family , accidentally my business line went viral! Please family friends & business associate delete this No 0790516475 from your contact list , it’s no longer in use ! Enough is enough! Akothee fed up by her Mzungu baby daddy! Read her emotional post

Mother of 5, Akothee has opened up about one of her Caucasian baby daddy’s that put her through hell. According to her, the fella by the name of Markus threw her out when she was 9 months pregnant without a care in the world.

This comes a few weeks after she revealed that the same guy tried stealing his son from school. However this time around she put it down in black and white exposing the baby daddy like never before.

In her detailed post Akothee says that Markus has no time for his son and prefers not having any responsibilities at all. When he recently visited Kenya, Akothee says that he chose to keep it a secret and even went ahead to tell her friends not to alert her.  She wrote saying;

Well I always breakdown anytime my son ask for his father’s where bouts, I don’t know how to explain that his father has no time for him! Am happy he finally filled his case in court under matter of urgency ! But my question is , what does Markus really want ? Is it true he really want to see his son ? Or he wants us as a package? Is this not the same man who threw me out 9 months pregnant and denied the child? Is this not the same father who took his son at 3 years to Switzerland and brought him back after 3 months saying he has no time and he wants to enjoy his life ?

Markus abandons on with Oyoo’s father

According to what the singer wrote, Markus is the father of her youngest son, Ojwang. But unlike most dads he has no time for his baby. Akothee reveals that he once abandoned his son at Oyoo’s dad’s house.

Is this not the same father who cane back again after 4 years took his son to a German school in Switzerland; and came for holiday in Kenya leaving his son with papa Oyoo whom he calls a stranger now. I had no option but to go assist my son as papa Oyoo only speaks French So he could not help much with homework ! is this not the same Markus who said lats week he has no time for his son during the school breaks but only in summer time ? Is this not the Markus who arrived in Kenya early December and told my friends not to tell me he is around !

In conclusion the singer went on to say;

And only calling my employees to ask which man is in my house ? What should I go to do in court! What should I go to do or answer in court tommorow ? Because he wants to see his son at his convenient time ? Because I should not date or move on with my life !He claims his son has been living with people unknown to him !is he being fair to humanity ? Today Markus calls Dominic a stranger who has been there for his son since the boy was 2 weeks ! So where has Markus been since 8 years of his sons growth that now he feels the life of his son threatened?

Should I give him his son ? But then will it last before he brings him back! He once said if he is forced to pay upkeep he will run away with my son!Oyaa I am not asking him for any peny am happily taking care of my son , he says I travel a lot and he fears for the life of his son , well Dominic has always been there for me and the children any day and even now ! It is often believed that getting married or having a child with a white man will automatically make you rich – but these are all lies as revealed by Akothee who recently shared a post to school African women who think having a white baby daddy will automatically change their lives.

Through her Instagram account, singer Akothee shared a lengthy post talking about some of the struggles she has had to face with one of her white baby daddies. In her post she reveals that he has never taken time to know how his son survives where else women out here keep assuming settling for a white man is the best thing! She wrote saying:
