We all know how Akothee loves her daughters.

The singer has confessed more than once that her family is the most important thing to her. She loves them unconditionally and no matter how they sometimes fight, she knows nothing will ever separate them other than death.

Nelly Oaks disses gossipers who have been all over his business

Akothee’s manager Nelly Oaks has launch an attack on gossipers who have been spreading fakes stories about him.

The manager, who was also rumoured to be dating Akothee, has been attacked severally online for allegedly flaunting Akothee’s wealth.

In his post, Oaks posted a clip flaunting a convertible Audi urging people to stop gossiping around.

“People gossip. People are insecure, so they talk about other people so that they won’t be talked about. They point out flaws in other people to make them feel good about themselves. Look do not tag me in any rubbish or I block you completely. All this bullshit going around social media has nothing to do with me or her. Nelly’s class is above anybody’s payroll,” he wrote.

Akothee’s daughter ‘secretly’ competing in Miss Universe Kenya

Akothee’s daughter Rue Baby has revealed that she’s competing for Miss Universe Kenya competition but hasn’t told her mum yet.

“Actually my mother doesn’t know about this. I didn’t tell her because I didn’t know I was going to make it this far. I am waiting for a good day, when I’ll sit her down and tell her that I’ve made it to this point,” she said.

Rue added that one of the reasons why she decided to be silent on this one is because many people claim her mum gets her into most of these competitions.

“I have seen many negative comments, saying that it’s my mother that got me into the competition. I have worked myself so hard and I’m also very competitive to get the crown. It is my hard work that has gotten me there. You see now my mother doesn’t even know about this,” she said.

“If I had it easy, then I don’t think I’d have conquered the challenges. I don’t have it easy. It’s very hard on my side. I have to go all out and be outstanding.

Singer Akothee had a busy day yesterday. After meeting several politicians, the singer went ahead to visit Nairobi women Representative Esther Passaris on Thursday, September 19 at the Aga Khan Hospital.

Akothee shared the video on social media where she took some flowers to Passaris who has just undergone surgery to fix a spinal cord problem she has been suffering from for years.

Akothee’s statement after being forced to borrow leso to enter parliament

Akothee has come out to say she’s a go-getter following her recent drama where she was denied to enter parliament because of her short skirt.

The singer was in parliament yesterday but couldn’t go in at first since her skirt was too short. She was given a leso to cover-up so that she could go in.

On her Instagram page, Akothee bragged of being some who always pushes for something and is not easily heartbroken.

“I have some driving force within me ! Telling me that we can change the status of Turkana???????? ! If one day I was poor and now riding high from choppers to 5 star hotels ! Why can it be impossible to change lives of only 800, 000 people? Yet we have more than 40 million Kenyans?” she asked.

She added that her desire to give back to the society is what is pushing her and that’s why she’s doing everything for her foundation.

Akothee to her daughters: Thank you for not shaming me like I shamed my parents

Singer Akothee was on Instagram this past weekend to thank her daughters for not embarrassing her as she did to her parents.

We all know Akothee’s life story in which she got pregnant at a very young age. On social media, she thanked her daughters who are now in their early 20s for now showing her any type of drama unlike what she did to her parents.

“What a wonderful grow up as friends companion and agemates ! Thank you soo much for being disciplined children and giving me an easy time ! thank you for the jokes and happiness in our family ! At your age I was already a mother ! I ashamed my mother terribly both in church and at home ! Her agemates laughed at her which has not happened to me. Thank you once again my children,” she said.

Adding to that, the singer revealed that she now trusts her kids fully and isn’t concerned while she’s away.

Akothee’s ‘parting legs’ performance that Ezekiel Mutua and other Kenyans hated made her very rich

Singer Akothee has come out to reveal that the performance she had at Papa Remo beach, Watamu that left Kenyans pissed, mostly morality cop Ezekiel Mutua, was a true blessing.

Taking to social media, the singer claimed that she made a lot of money from the performance because it trended positively in Italy despite people hating it here in Kenya.

Akothee said she has also been booked to perform for Italian dignitaries after the “lovely” performance.

“Stay around people who love you for you and lights your candle! Roberto invited me for a show in his Hotel in papa Remo for the Valentine’s. Which to Kenyans they thought I was a disgrace, the show trended negatively locally, and trended positively internationally, Kenyans called me a disgrace but Italians called me MADONA OF KENYA,” wrote Akothee.

Akothee took the opportunity to throw shade at Mutua saying that he really blessed her by mercilessly attacking her performance.

“Someone tell Mutua he was a blessing, I thought you should know that, if you ever fought for me online it has brought blessings,” Akothee concluded.

“The show trended positively in Italy and that changed the position of my pocket and a breakthrough in my career, because of this show I will be performing exclusively for Italian dignitaries on the 7th September in Kilili baharini everything was already paid for, and I have an invite for another exclusive show in MONACO I am here to finalize the purchase of my new home in Watamu.”

Radio presenter Jalang’o has said landing Akothee to perform in your event isn’t an easy thing.

On Instagram Jalang’o revealed that the singer has made outrageous requests before she can step on stage for the Luo festival.

Akothee not only asked for a huge performance fee, but she also made some outrageous demands before agreeing to perform at the event scheduled for August 31, 2019, at Carnivore grounds.

“I could not confirm Akothee for Luo Festival because of alot of things but that was until yesterday when we met and she agreed that she will be performing! To have Akothee for your show is not easy and even her coming for Luo festival is almost impossible!” said Jalas.

Here are the crazy demands from the mother of five shared by Jalas.

1. Akothee logistics is crazy…apart from your security she has her own security who must ensure that everything is fine…that is 10 security team! 5 men 5 women!
2. Akothee flies to Luo FESTIVAL from Wilson to Carnivore! Don’t forget that Wilson and Carnivore share fences! She just does not come ! She makes an entrance! Helicopter costs 200k from Wilson to Carnivore! Thanks to @silverstoneairservices this cost has been taken by them!
3. Singer Akothee has been away for weeks but she’s now officially back in the country. The mother of five has been in Paris France visiting her Mzee and kids for almost a month.

She made a low key entrance back yesterday and didn’t waste any minute informing Kenyans she’s back once she got home.

Singer Akothee has offered yet another round of unsolicited advice to her followers. According to the singer, people should focus on their goals and avoid trying to get rich through association.

Akothee posted a long confession on Instagram saying that her confidence is the major reason why she’s rich and famous right now.

She believed on herself and wants everyone to do the same.

Akothee forced to cancel show abroad due to health issues, some think it’s fake

Singer Akothee will no longer perform in Europe due to health issues.

The controversial singer posted on social media that she had to recoil since her busy schedule has become life-threatening.

In a long post, the singer explained how her health has grown into a huge concern forcing her to cancel all her scheduled shows abroad. Some Kenyans, however, thought it was just another stunt claiming the shows were all fake in the first place.

“Please allow me share with you that ,tonight will be the last show for the Europe tour due to very sensitive issues within my organization.the brand has overgrown my current organization and I feel my head on my neck ???????? kindly after the cologne show tonight , allow me fix me first , because if I dont fix myself first???? I am going to loose everything???? everything as a mother , an artist , an entrepreneur, an entertainer and a mentor.” she said. 

In the post, Akothee, confessed that she realized that if she continues pushing herself the way she has, she might end up losing everything.

Akothee’s sister warns Kenyans to stay alert as cons are using singer names to make easy cash

Akothee once said that anyone conned using her name is a fool that has only himself/herself to blame.

Her younger sister Cebbie Nyasego was recently on social media to also warn Kenyans against trusting parody accounts that have been asking money from fans.

Cebbie shared a series of screenshots online urging fans to be very careful after a fan lost Ksh 10,000 to the scammers.

‘‘When you do a business transaction online, you should be very sure that the account you are dealing with is legitimate. For example when you order for supply of goods or you make a hotel booking or whichever other service, you should verify the account before you make a payment,” she said.

Akothee’s sister added that even companies affiliated to the singer have separate communications and fans shouldn’t be duped by them in case they reach them directly.

”Akothee Kenya is a well known personality and her official name is in the public domain. She definitely is not Esther Akoth Onyango. She is and has always been Esther Akoth Kokeyo. Most importantly, Akothee safaris in an independent entity with autonomous social media accounts in spite of the interest Akothee might have in it. They don’t share a social media platform. Nelson also has no connection to Akothee Safaris,” she added.

Akothee on men with fake promises: I once dated a pilot and he promised me land in Bamburi but I never got it

Singer Akothee is urging women to avoid men who sneak up to them with nothing but sweet words that never materialize.

On social media, Akothee confessed how in 2007 she was dating this pilot who promised her land but Akothee waited and waited until she realized it was all a scam.

“I once dated a pilot who promised me land in bamburi 2007 ????????????????????, land iko viusasa. If I waited for him, even paying rent in a two bedroom house would be on viu sasa ????????????” she posted. 

“Nothing can hold a woman back than fake promises, most people think I am rude. Yes. I am. [that is] because I have no time for fake promises and false statements to keep us going, none of the fake promises ever built my mother a mansion ????????, neither paid my biils, neither can I take them to the bank to acquire loans. Personally, I never give promises that I cant fulfill. I have no stores to keep rubbish. A no is also an answer.”

Words and actions

Akothee went on to add that men shouldn’t approach women and shower them with fake promises. She also asked women to focus on their investments and understand that relationships are a two way traffic.

“Don’t try to to please me with words while your actions speaks volumes. I will be the most stupid woman to sit down and wait for any human to come change my life both positively or negatively. It didn’t happen before and it will never happen. Stand up woman! Any investment done for you in a relationship, just know when its over, most of them wants to take you back where they found you ???????????????????????????? that’s when you will know you don’t know. Call me a thief I will tell you Jesus is lord ????????. Relationships are a two way traffic. Akothee: What Ezekiel Mutua said about me was hate speech

Akothee recently revealed that Ezekiel Mutua’s “parting legs” criticisms on her was very unprofessional.

Mutua, the KFCB boss, took to Facebook to post a long scathing post about Akothee after she had an explicit performance that angered many.

Akothee said that Mutua’s post was more than just a look at her career but was meant to tear her down. Speaking on Mambo Mseto, Akothee said that Mutua should have used better channels.

“I’m actually happy when people criticize me you know, I’m able to differentiate between a constructive criticism and destructive criticism. Ya Ezekiel Mutua was hate speech, it wasn’t anything to do with criticism or anything coz at his age I believe he must be the age of my dad, if he really wanted to correct me I believe there is a professional way of doing it but again ukienda kupiga kelele huko kwa twitter,” she said.

Akothee added that Mutua is also an attention seeker and was looking to get her’s. And he did.

“He is someone looking for attention, for my attention. So I believe he was busy being entertained ni vile tu alikataa kukubali ni fan amekaa kwa corner flani hapo. About my fans huwezi kuwa mtu ambaye vitu zako zote tu ni correct,” said the Oyoyo singer.

 

 

Akothee shares she dropped a clean KSh 74,000 for her new hairstyle: ‘Know that before you date me’

Singer Akothee has revealed that her new transformation isn’t just for any lady. It’s for the moneyed ones who are ready to part with almost half a million.

Taking to social media, the singer shared that her new hairstyle costs 74,000 and that’s for a single wig.

She needed four so she spent a total of 296K just to look that nice.

“Babe just know that this hair alone is 74,000. I need 4 different ones to carry me this month ????,” she said.

Akothee’s hairstyle has left many impressed since we are all used to seeing her with short hair. The singer made the transformation on her birthday.

This time round, the singer had a bone to pick with gospel artists who she claimed are as fake as they come. Ok, that’s not news we know, but Akothee wondered why they always flock clubs and secular artists can’t headline a church event.

Speaking in an interview with Mseto East Africa, the mother of five claimed Kenyan gospel musicians are hypocrites as they preach water but take wine.

”I have a question I want to ask, why do gospel artistes attend our shows in night clubs but we can not perform in churches? I have bumped into some of them in Tribeka. What are they looking for in night clubs?” she asked. 

Her comments come after singer Size 8 asked her to become a born again christian. Unsurprisingly, Akothee said she’ll never become a Christian because they’ll never accept her in any way.

Akothee’s younger sister defends her after opening legs saga: she’s the first born daughter therefore so many look up to her

Over and over again, Akothee has insisted she’s just a celebrity and not a role model to anyone so people should stop arguing that she’s misleading young girls with her on stage theatrics.

Akothee’s younger sister, Cebbie Coks Nyasego, has come out to defend the mother of five saying that she’s actually a good role model despite what Kenyans are claiming.

”To factor my opinion in, Akothee is a mother of five. Yes five beautiful kids who are growing and turning out as intelligent, respectful and disciplined with Akothee being their primary role model and environ. You’ll never find them disrespecting people clumsily as you all do. Trolling people and so on.Ready to attack others and throw derogatory words at others without a second thought of how strong words are and can hurt,” she said.

Akothee has been defending her acts vehemently since the saga happened last weekend. She has released several statements and rants insisting that no one should look up to her.

Huge family

Coks said Akothee actually has proved very helpful in their family and has helped a lot.

“She’s a sister and a sibling to others. Twenty in number, she’s the first born daughter therefore so many look up to her. Despite all that, they have turned out to be well educated. Very very respectful and well mannered.

“You only know part of her family members and not all, surely your opinions are biased. Akothee is and still remains their role model. She’s an aunt to many who have turned out to be great leaders, employers and employees. She has 54 nieces and nephews in total. The singer has just her first artists who goes by the name Ziky Mtanah. The two already have a song out dubbed “Basi” which they have been going around media house promoting.

But the story behind how Akothee met the Coast-based rising star Ziky Mtanah has more emotions behind it.

“Ilikua ni kwa station moja Mombasa. Madam alikua ameenda interview, nilikua nishawai fanyiwa interview hapo kwa hiyo station. Wakashare story yangu na mum. Mum ikamtouch akamwambia huyo mtangazaji anaitwa Chris, akamwambia nitafutie huyu kijana. Hata nilipopigiwa simu ya kwamba Akothee anakutafuta, ilikua mahali nilikua kwa mjengo nikifanya kazi ya mjengo. Nikaona simu inaita, naangalia hivi naona ni chris. Niliposhika hivi Chris akaniambia natafutwa na Akothee. Nikashangaa kwani kuna nini, akaniambia anataka nirudi studio. Mum alikua amewapea fare ya kunitumia ndio niende.” said the singer. 

Ziky Mtanah is an orphan earning just 200 bob before meeting Akothee.

“I was earning Sh200 a day to feed my brother and even record my music. When I met Akothee, she supported me so much to expand a business I was running selling vegetables, and I even moved from the Sh800 house I was living in,” Ziky said.

“Ngoma yake ilicheza kwanza nikapata goosebumps. Nikasema who is this, so Chris akaniambia ni msanii kutoka Mombasa. Ndio akanipatia story yake I got touched. I think I broke down in the studio,” Akothee said.

Akothee added:

“I wasn’t thinking of signing anyone because music is very heavy in the first place. For the record label it’s not for me to make money actually but just to bring and nurture talents because there’s so much talent down in Mombasa, I’ll tell you for free. There are people who sing better than Chris Brown or Beyonce but these guys first of all have no motivation, there’s nobody seeing them. People are looking at artistes who have already build a brand which is completely wrong. So when I went to the studio and heard his song and story, it really touched me and I said I’m gonna hold the hand of this boy. The challenge I’m getting about him that most Kenyan artistes don’t have is patience. He’s a very patient guy.”

Well always say there’s no other realer celeb live his/her best life on social media like singer Akothee.

Akothee shows her true life on Instagram, almost every bit and none is filtered. Well the singer has made news yet again after firing one of her employees.

Akothee for a long time now has been complaining about her shamba employees and how they sometimes make her reap loses just because they are lazy and disconcerted.

Recently, she took to instagram to post a video sharing a couple of beers with one of her shamba boys after she fired him.

“Me and mogaka after a handshake of partying ways,” she said.

“I lost 8 calves out of carelessness, I would receive a list of what the cows need , But after sending money , no news nor nothing, only to realize the money was pocketed, the dairy farm caused me electricity , generator maintenance , salaries and stress, I was soo much attached to the cows , that I found myself crying before I made a stand of let go!?? I don’t have an answer but buy for her packeted milk this morning , my mum had just arrived with a whole car full of nappier grass for my cows , little did she know , that I already made a stand that the dairy farm is no more ????, this killed me too , this will be a very difficult month for me to adjust , but hey I now know better , that was my retirement project, I will get back to it when I turn 60 years old , calm and reluxed animals need great care love and attention , I wish AKOTHEE, PETRA , STOMATIC & MADDAMBOSS WELL . ‘I don’t want to think about what fans will say’ Akothee shares why she will never post a man she’s dating on Social media again

Singer Akothee has been dating Nelly Oaks for almost two years now and has flaunted him on social media several times. But after Lilian Muli was heavily trolled for splitting with Jared Ombongi, Akothee has confessed that posting her bae on social media is now a thing of the past.

She took to social media to say that the problem with posting your lover on social media is that you are afraid of what people will say upon learning that you have broken up.

“The problem with posting your love life on social media is that, when you want to break up, apart from you thinking of how painful it will be, you are also thinking of what fans will say, and they actually demand for clarification. I will never post a man I am dating again on social media, just to be safe” wrote Akothee.

Stop judging

The mother of five explained that sharing your love life on social media demands a lot and therefore she has resolved to lay low and enjoy life away from the public eye. She asked people to stop judging others because this is something that has been happening even in the past.

Akothee makes bold move after noticing her dad needs an urgent wardrobe upgrade

Singer Akothee is looking for ways she can add flavour do her dad’s  dressing.

The singer is still blessed to have both parents. Her dad Joshua Owino Kokeyo, is a former District Officer and her mother, Honourable Monica Yunita Kokeyo is the seating Migori MCA.

Monica graduated last year in Rongo University and Akothee wasn’t happy how Joshua was dressed during the event.

The singer is now looking for top Kenyan designers who will give her dad a face lift so that 2019, during her daughters graduation, he will be slaying.

Akothee took to social media to requests designers to inbox her their work but also had a warning for them.

“When my dad accompanied his girlfriend on her graduation day! need to sort my daddies wardrobe for 2019 male designers inbox me or @austineblacks your job, tag me a few designers you know are very good,” she said. 

Warning

Akothee is an established name, the singer doesn’t want designers to inflate their prices just because they are selling to Akothee.

She gave them a stern warning saying that the prices should be fair like they would be for anyone else.

“Don’t come to me with stupid prices just because it’s Akothee, I will send you back, ask the rest of designers who tried to charge me double because of the name Akothee, I don’t receive double money, please ! send me your work on inbox and your prices, I don’t have time for bargaining, my dad must put on new clothes on Christmas and New year it’s a must ?? he loves African Ankara’s LOVE MY DAD TO DEATH.”

Singer Akothee has been doing a lot of crazy things on social media and many people would prefer watching all that from a distance.

But not Zari Hassan.

Zari recently took to social media to applaud the singer’s unique lifestyle and add that she wouldn’t mind enjoying it firsthand at her home.

On social media, Zari commented on Akothee’s post saying that she’s one crazy lady but she loves her lifestyle.

Ever since Cyprian Nyakundi and Robert Alai turned their cannons to the controversial singer, she hasn’t stopped insulting them on social media to a point the two have retreated and now gone silent.

Akothee recently made a celebratory message on her social media platforms for “winning” the war.

Vaa nguo madam!! Akothee forced to sign contract against nudity after landing in Dubai

For a person who is used to spending almost six days in a week half naked, singer Akothee is going to have a tough stay after landing in Dubai for the first time.

On social media, Akothee shared that she had to sign a contract with Paul O, the CEO of Africa Festival, after landing because he wasn’t taking chances with her extreme dress codes.

In Dubai, you can easily be deported or even imprisoned for such a thing  and we all know Akothee with taking chances.

Akothee, together with Eric Omondi are in Dubai for the African Festival. Akothee also took a dig at Nyakundi in the post telling him he should travel more.

Blogger Nyakundi, as expected, has fired back at Akothee after her long post lecturing him.

The two have been going back and forth on social media abusing each other with unprintable words.

It all started when with Nyakundi’s post directed to Akothee in which he called him a spent cartridge.

Akothee fired back:

Fans begged Nyakundi to reply, and giving in to pressure, the controversial blogger sure replied. We don’t know how long this will go on because the two can really keep going and going.

That’s the situation controversial singer Akothee found herself in after a thirsty man tried to feast on her and her daughter.

Appointment

The man, who claimed that he’s been mesmerized by both the singer and her model daughter, had the balls to DM Akothee on Instagram asking for an “appointment”. With both of them.

We are not sure what kind of appointment he had in mind.

“Hello madam boss, I really like you and your daughter. Can I have an appointment with her please?” he said. 

Akothee, as expected, didn’t spare the man and blasted him leaving fans in stitches.
