Singer Bahati releases statement trying to prove he’s not a bad guy: I help artists a lot
Gospel singer Bahati has come out to try and clean up his image regarding ongoing rumors that he is an arrogant guy and uses his artists.
A lot of artists have been complaining about Bahati especially, after fellow singer Mr Seed ditched his record label. Bahati on social media posted several posts sharing a story of a young lady who traveled all the way from Mombasa to get a chance to be signed.

Ungrateful
Bahati claims media had painted him in bad light whilst he had sacrificed a lot just to get some of the artists to where they are today.
“Most of these artists I support, I meet them in conditions of life you cannot reveal. Some are even homeless. The fact is in Kenya, when you hear someone has been signed it’s not really a signing but it’s just like taking the position of a parent in their lives,” he explained.
He went on to add that he has helped all kind of artists but in they end, they don’t show it.
“One of the things I’ll tell you now is according to the records as I write this, there’s no single artist signed under EMB that is not owed by EMB a few millions (and I actually forgave them because saying this in the most humble way, none of these can pay me because music takes time to pay),” he went on.
