Shaq The Yungin departs from NRG

Shaq The Yungin, the self-proclaimed youngest sponsor in Nairobi, has left NRG after six years at the station. He announced his departure on Instagram, describing it as the toughest decision he’s been contemplating for a while.

“I hereby announce my resignation from the company. I am grateful for the opportunity given to me by the management. I bid farewell to my colleagues, management, and most importantly to the fans who have tuned in every day for the last six years while I was on air,” he said.

He expressed his anticipation for the next phase of his career, stating, “I hope and pray for new opportunities that will come my way and ask for your support. Thank you again to all the listeners and clients who have trusted and believed in me over the years.”
