Pastor Ng’ang’a Explains Why He Decided To Quit Tik-Tok
Pastor James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism shared his reasons for quitting the social media platform TikTok. He expressed concern over disrespectful behavior by some users.
“I left TikTok because of the inappropriate content I saw,” Pastor Ng’ang’a said.
He further commented on a video circulating online that showed Prophet Kanyari receiving condoms from a fan. Pastor Ng’ang’a claimed to know Kanyari from their early preaching days.

“I preached in his area when I arrived in Nairobi. He was in Kawangware then, and as far as I know, he still doesn’t have a physical church,” Pastor Ng’ang’a said.
The pastor lamented the moral decline he sees in society, including disturbing instances of abuse. He linked such misconduct to the suffering and unhappiness he witnesses in many lives.

Ng’ang’a sentiments comes just days after Pastor Kanyari apologized to Kenyans for his antics on Tik-Tok. He was accused of using the platform in an obscure manner. Ezekiel Mutua had threatened to ban the pastor from Tik-Tok, but they met and settled their predicaments.
