Nyota Ndogo Advices Kenyan Artists To Embrace Starting Businesses As Side Hustles

While most artists are earning handsomely and making a decent living from their music, some are struggling to keep up with it; especially after the COVID-19 pandemic that struck unexpectedly.

For some entertainers like popular actor Omosh and his wife, luck befell them and generous Kenyans saved them from poverty.

Coast-based musician Nyota Ndogo has admonished Kenyan artists to avoid such incidences by having their own side hustle businesses.

Nyota Ndogo’s advice comes barely a day after musical artist Visita’s story made rounds on social media of him being broke and living in the streets.

According to Visita things haven’t been easy as he was kicked out of his house; after failing to pay rent for 5 months; a move that left his wife and kids out in the streets.

Taking to her Instagram to share her advise and experience in business, Nyota Ndogo wrote;
”TUVUE AIBU TUFANYE KAZI. Ninacho kuomba MUNGU siku zote ni afya nzuri… Sishindwi hata kuuza makaa mlangoni kwangu bora napata wateja.
