HOMA BAY
  • 1. In Kojwach, Homa Bay County, commissioned the Oyugis Water Project that will benefit the residents of Kabondo Kasipul and Kasipul.
  • 2. Ground breaking of the construction of the Siaya Integrated Modern Market Hub Phase I in Alego Usonga that will provide spacious and conducive working spaces to more than 1,000 traders in Siaya Town and beyond.
  • 3. laid the foundation stone for the construction of the Alego Usonga Affordable Housing Project, an 882-unit residential facility that will offer modern living spaces equipped with essential amenities and infrastructure.
  • 4. The Homa Bay Modern Fish Market, a key BETA project, is making significant strides toward completion, set to transform the fishing industry with advanced facilities for 2,200 fishmongers.
  • 5. Commissioned the Oyugis Water Project in Kojwach, Homa bay county that will benefit the residents of Kabondo Kasipul and Kasipul. -The ongoing Kendu Bay, Oyugis and West Karachuonyo water projects will help end the shortages and provide more than 11,000 households in the county with water.
  • 6. The Rusinga Ring Road, launched by President Ruto, is nearing completion, boosting infrastructure, trade, tourism, and revitalizing the local fishing industry under the BETA agenda.
  • 7. Launch the rehabilitation of the Homa Bay pier and other piers such as the Kendu Bay, Mbita, and Asembo Bay piers, significantly boosting marine transport and Tourism.
SIAYA
  • 1. SIAYA INTEGRATED MODERN MARKET HUB Integrated Modern Market Hub Phase I in Alego Usonga It will provide spacious and conducive working spaces to more than 1,000 traders in Siaya Town and beyond.
  • 2. In Mageta, Bondo Constituency, commissioned the Mageta Island Solar Grid, It will power 1,400 households, support fish trading by powering cold rooms and improving public service delivery in hospitals and schools.
  • 3. Inaugurated the Alego Usonga Affordable Housing Project, a significant milestone in enhancing living standards in Siaya County. This new development will feature 882 modern residential units designed to provide quality living spaces with essential amenities.
  • 4. Commission of the construction of Gamba Technical Training Institute.
  • 5. Lunch of Upgrading level 4 Ugenya Hospital and 400 million allocation for healthcare and Agriculture initiatives Launching the Upgrading 6. of Bondo-Uyawi-Kibanga-Liunda Road

KISUMU
  • 1. Commission the Kisumu marine school
  • 2. Commission of the Nyabondo Trauma Centre -The 150-bed capacity specialised facility fitted with theatres, Intensive Care Unit and High Dependency Unit enhances access to quality and affordable care to more than 5 million people in Nyanza Region.
  • 3. Commissioned of the Lumumba Affordable -This project will feature 2,348 units spread across more than 15 blocks, offering three types of housing: social housing, affordable housing, and affordable market housing units.
  • 4. Inaugurating Kabonyo Fisheries Aquaculture Service and Training Centre of Excellence. -The facility will be used to produce up to 10 million fingerlings annually, which will be instrumental in restocking Lake Victoria. 5. Ground breaking of the Lake Victoria Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre in Kisumu City. The Centre is set to play a pivotal role in enhancing maritime safety and coordinating rescue operations, reflecting the government’s commitment to the well-being of the region’s residents.
  • 6. Commission the lake basin mall, a significant retail and entertainment hub, set to stimulate trade and growth in Kisumu.
