“I was at work when Jahmby Koikai passed away, and I felt an overwhelming fear,” Natalie shared. “I still feel like I might end up like her.” Jahmby’s advocacy left a lasting impression on Natalie, creating a deep sense of loss after her friend’s death.

In discussing the emotional weight of endometriosis, Natalie expressed her worries about the future and the toll the incurable condition has taken on her life. “I try to live my life fully whenever I can because if there is no cure, that is where I might eventually end up,” she stated.

Natalie highlighted the importance of support from loved ones, especially for those who may not fully grasp the impact of the illness. “If you’re in a relationship with someone who has endometriosis, you need to be patient if you truly love them,” she advised, emphasizing the need for understanding and care from partners.
