Nadia Mukami & Arrow Bwoy Establish Foundation In Memory Of Their Unborn Child
Kenyan singer Nadia Mukami has revealed the touching inspiration behind the name of her and her husband Arrow Bwoy’s new foundation, “Lola and Safari.”
In a recent interview, Mukami, initially hesitant to share the story, explained that the name honors a child they tragically lost through miscarriage.
“Anyway, I had a miscarriage sometime back before I had Kai, so we were supposed to name the child Safari if it was to be a boy and Lola if it was to be a girl, and in honor of that, we created a foundation in honor of Lola and Safari,” Nadia Mukami shared.
They had planned to name their child Safari if it were a boy and Lola if it were a girl.
“We wanted to create something positive in memory of Lola and Safari,” Mukami said. “So, we established a foundation in their honor.”
She emphasized that the foundation is a joint effort between her and Arrow Bwoy, acknowledging his unwavering support.
