Trevor suggested that concentrating on sexual content could diminish influencers’ potential to make positive contributions to society. He shared on his Instagram stories, “It’s concerning that many Kenyan female influencers are predominantly creating sexual content for their social media platforms, as it can overshadow their potential to contribute positively to broader discussions and impact society.”
In response, Eve emphasized that everyone should do what makes them happy. She said, “Unfortunately, I did not see that, but what I would say is if what you are doing makes you happy, then do it because life is too short. I’m not the kind of person to talk about my past relationships. It ended, so we move forward.”
Many people speculated that Trevor’s post was aimed at a specific individual, though he did not mention anyone by name.

Recently, in a Q&A session, Trevor revealed that after breaking up with Mungai Eve, he left everything he owned with her, choosing to start fresh. He explained, “Having a new beginning after a breakup is important for healing, personal growth, gaining clarity, rebuilding confidence, setting boundaries, and opening up to new opportunities. This helps you move on quickly from past pain and focus on your life, ensuring you learn from your past and embrace a positive future.”
Trevor and Eve ended their relationship in February 2024 after dating for nearly six years. Trevor’s comments came shortly after Mungai Eve was seen wearing a white T-shirt with the words “my ex is my biggest fan” printed on it.
