MP Gabriel Kago brutally beats wife after she confronts him about infecting her with STI thrice in a year (Photos)

Emily Wanjiru has reported her husband Githunguri MP Gabriel Kago Mukuha to Kiambu police station after he brutally assaulted her following domestic quarrel.

Wanjiku, a medical practitioner, confronted her husband about being infected with Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) thrice in a year despite being faithful in their marriage.

The MP descended on his wife with blows and kicks after she pointed the accusing finger on him. The mother of four sustained injuries on her neck, scalp, thighs , upper back following the beating.

Informed relatives of the beating

The MP called his wife’s mother to instruct her to rush to his house in Loswan Estate, Kiambu Road to pick her daughter whom he referred to as a prostitute.

“Kago called our mother at around 3 am and told her that we should go for ‘the malaya in his house’ referring to my sister. By the time I arrived to rescue my sister, she was hiding in the servants quarter. He attacked her using an ironing box causing serious injuries all over her body,” said Wanjiku’s brother.

The MP’s wife later on reported the matter to Kiambu police station. A medical reports shows that Wanjiku was hit by a blunt object and had burns from an iron box.
