Minne Kariuki reveals the only reason she will settle her case with Michelle Ntalami out of court

Minne Kariuki, a cast member of Real Housewives of Nairobi, is open to finding a peaceful resolution to her continuing dispute with social media personality Mitchelle Ntalami outside of court.
She does, however, have a crucial requirement for a mutually agreeable resolution.
A public apology from Ntalami to Minne is a prerequisite for Minne’s willingness to consider other options for resolving their problems, according to her statements.

The two women’s long-running conflict began during the filming of Real Housewives of Nairobi Season 1.
This week, Ntalami filed a lawsuit against Minnie and the RHON episode, claiming that Minne had defamed him. In retaliation, Minne filed a countersuit for defamation against Ntalami.

In her lawsuit, Minne demands Sh3 million in damages from Ntalami for allegedly damaging her reputation and brand on social media.

Ntalami’s case, according to Minne, is fake because she hasn’t legally served her with the lawsuit papers. She continues by saying that Ntalami’s social media lawsuit of the made-up issue has been bad for her brand.
Minne is requesting the three million dollar compensation as a result. In the event that Ntalami does not abide by the terms set in her demand letter, which includes making a public apology, she is willing to pursue this issue in court.

Peter Njage, Minne’s attorney, emphasized that his client is a public figure and influencer whose reputation is essential to her job. He claimed that Ntalami’s unregulated dissemination of harmful information could endanger Minne’s way of life.

Njage stated that they are eager to settle the dispute peacefully without turning to lawsuit notwithstanding the harm already done. This, however, depends on Ntalami’s readiness to comply with Minne’s demands.

“Notwithstanding what has transpired, we believe that if she (Ntalami) could offer us an acceptable apology of equal magnitude to her broadcasting of the fictitious case, we could contemplate settling this matter through alternative dispute resolution. If she does not consider an apology or an out-of-court settlement, we will proceed to seek damages in court,”
