Meet Nellie, Kenyan woman with 3 husbands

A woman by the name of Nellie recently came out to showcase her life which is pretty mundane save for one aspect: she’s involved in a  very interesting polyandrous marriage to not 2 but 3 men who all live under one roof.

The first thing that came to mind when I interacted with this was, “No self-respecting man can agree to be in such a relationship let alone marriage” and I was not wrong. The more I interacted with the Afrimax documentary episode on her life, the more this thought was confirmed.

Nellie is the sole breadwinner for the interesting family with the 3 men, Jimmy, Danny and Hassan being useless layabouts. Nah, really, she is the only adult in the house with a job and she ensures she takes care of her 3 husbands like the useless leeches they are.

The 3 louts have become fast friends (I mean, this would be expected given they are all the same animals and beasts -lazy salamanders) and they are often in the house lounging and hanging out while Nellie goes off every morning to work.

She has bought each of her husbands a car and they all usually sit down for breakfast and dinner together. She was also pretty forward about whether or not they’ll leave her and she rightfully says they would not because they’d have nowhere to go.
