Lillian Ng’anga Accuses Ex-Hubby Alfred Mutua Of Fraud, Wins Back Property (Statement)
The woes between Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and his e-wife Lillian Ng’ang’a continue with a new twist in the legal route. The governor’s ex-wife accused Mutua of fraud after he allegedly transferred shares of their joint company to his sister Ann Mutua.
The two have not been in good terms after their separation several months ago; with Lillian moving on with musician Juliani. According to reports, Lillian is already pregnant with Juliani’s kid within less than a year of dating. She has been at war with Mutua over property. They had already built their own hotel together; but Lillian had other plans.
Victory Over Property
Lillian has released her statement on illegal transfer of property via her Instagram. Part of it read;
”This is to notify the public that after a detailed inquiry into the transfer of the 1800 shares, the registrar of the companies on 6/5/2022 found merit in the complaint by Ms. Ng’ang’a, and has reversed the entry in the company and the fraudalent transfer of the 1800 shares. The current position therefore, is reflected in the attached CR 12 dated 9/5/2022 in which governor Alfred Mutua and Ms. Lilllian Ng’ang’a hold 2000 shares each, effectively making them 50% shareholders each in Ndash Enterprise Ltd and by extension A&L Hotel in Machakos.”
According to Lillian, it was illegal to transfer the shares without her consent. But Lillian has now won the case and the illegal transfer has been reversed.
