Kwambox Claims Men Gossip Often Nowadays, Compared To Women
Morning Kiss host Sheila Kwambox has said that men gossip more than women. She argues that the stereotype that gossiping is a “women’s trade” is outdated, and that men are now just as likely to gossip as women.
Kwambox points to the fact that some of the biggest gossip blogs are run by men, and that gossip is now a common activity on social media platforms like WhatsApp. She says that it is time to accept that gossiping is not just for women, and that it is an equal opportunity sport.
Chito, a fellow radio host, disagrees with Kwambox’s theory. He says that the men he hangs out with do not gossip, and that they only discuss “constructive stuff.” He argues that no sane man would sit down and start gossiping.
So, who is right? Kwambox or Chito? It is difficult to say for sure. There is no scientific evidence to support either side of the argument. However, it is clear that the stereotype that gossiping is a “women’s trade” is no longer accurate. Men and women gossip equally, and it is time to accept that gossiping is not just for one gender.
Personally, I think Kwambox is probably right. I have seen plenty of men gossip, and I think it is naive to think that only women gossip. Gossip is a human behavior, and it is not limited to one gender.
