KTN reporter Carol Nderi lands plum government job
Carol Nderi joins the growing list of journalists who are quitting their careers in media for government jobs. The KTN reported has landed a lucrative job in Nyeri county government.
Carol Nderi was KTN reporter based in Mount Kenya region. She first worked as a reporter based in Nairobi before she was moved to be cover for KTN in central Kenya.
The county government of Nyeri has now appointed Carol Nderi as its head of communication. She will now serve under the leadership of the new Nyeri governor Edward Mutahi Kahiga.
Other journalists
Carol Nderi joins two other famous journalists who head communication offices at various counties. Former NTV reporter Richard Chacha is the director of communications and public relations in Mombasa County.
Former NTV reporter Kenneth Mureithi was also poached by county government. He serves as the head of communications in Tharaka Nithi county.
