Kenyan men watatuonyesha vituko! Man goes missing after wife gives birth to triplets at Thika Level 5 hospital

From battering wives to abandoning wives at hospital! Case of men behaving abnormally have been on the rise over the past few weeks.

Mary Wanjiku was abandoned by her husband at Thika Level 5 hospital after she gave birth to triplets – two girls and a boy. The husband visited her at the hospital but took off after he learnt that she had given birth to three babies instead of one.

Apparently the man was not ready to take up the huge responsibility, he returned home and moved out with all households except her clothes and those of their teenage son.

Good Samaritan

Mary has been living in desperate condition in Kongo, Kahawa West with her babies until her story was aired on Kameme FM.

Good Samaritans have since visited her at her home to help her with the little they can offer. Her triplets are consuming a tin of Nan in two days (1300/=) which she’s struggling to buy, she is also in need of diapers.

Facebook user Nancy Ndau Martin is calling on Kenyans to help Mary Wanjiku in any way they can.

“Any one willing to help can reach her on 0726296226 her name is Mary Wanjiku Nganga. We can even orgarnise to go visit her and assure her its gonna be well. Thank you and God bless you,” wrote Mary Wanjiku in part.
