Popular tik-toker and cross-dresser Kelvin Kinuthia has embarked on a weight loss journey. And to expedite the process, Kinuthia has decided to undergo surgery.

He recently posted on his Instagram a photo of himself after he was done with the surgery and captioned;

Gastric Balloon surgery involves a soft balloon that is inserted into the stomach through the mouth using an endoscope, non-surgically.

It is an endoscopic treatment for obesity that together with a balanced diet and physical activity helps losing weight.

The gastric balloon can be considered as an option for weight loss if your body mass index is 29 and higher.

Kinuthia has been a social media sensation for his impeccable cross-dressing sills. And most netizens have been doubting his sexual orientation; which he calibrated;

Kinuthia went on to confirm that he is a male saying;
