Kayole lady hangs herself from apartment balcony after posting suicide note on Facebook (Photos)
A middle aged woman in Kayole, Nairobi took her own life moments after she wrote a suicide note on Facebook. Martha Kwamboka expressed her frustrations on the suicide note.
“Feeling suicidal, I am frustrated. Whoever I wronged I am sorry. I will shine on your way, bye. At least I tried to share my mind and worries. Do not type RIP on my timeline, I am gone for good,” wrote Kwamboka on Facebook.
Kwamboka’s lifeless body was discovered hanging from her apartment balcony hours after she posted the suicide note. Unconfirmed reports indicate that Kwamboka opted to commit suicide after she learnt of her lover’s illicit affair with a neighbor.
Suicide notes now a common trend
Kwamboka is not the first Kenyan to take her own life after posting suicide note on Facebook. In June this year, Nyahururu photographer Gerald Mwangi Ngima took his own life after posting a suicide note on Facebook.
In August, a lady by the name Joki Sue also took to Facebook to write a suicide note. She indicated that she was tired of people fleecing her.
