Bishop Kathy Kiuna is preparing to celebrate her first birthday without her husband, Allan Kiuna, who recently passed away after a long battle with cancer. Her congregation decided to celebrate her birthday during a church service on July 27th, even though her actual birthday is on July 31st.

Reflecting on a surprise party her late husband threw for her in 2023, Kathy, dressed in a stylish black dress and matching kimono, fought back tears as she remembered him.

“This is a surprise, and I want to thank you all. It has been a challenging time, and your love and support have made it more bearable. I don’t take it for granted. And yes, I will definitely enjoy this birthday,” she expressed.
