Pastor Victor Kanyari of the Salvation Healing Ministry in Nairobi has made new claims, asserting that he is the only pastor with numerous divine permissions from God.

In a video circulating on social media, Kanyari claims that he is the only pastor in Kenya authorized by God to heal HIV.
While speaking at his church, Kanyari assured his congregants that he has the unique ability to completely eliminate HIV from a patient’s body through prayer alone.
“I am the only preacher who prays for people with HIV and they get healed,” Kanyari stated confidently.
However, the controversial pastor added that not everyone he prays for will be healed. According to him, while God has given him the permission to pray for people with HIV, the decision of who gets healed is ultimately in God’s hands.

“…and not everyone, only the person God wants to heal!” he added.
Many people, however, have challenged his statement, pointing out that there is no complete cure for HIV and that existing medications only manage its severity. They noted that there has never been a documented case of healing through prayer, except in Biblical stories from the times of Jesus and the apostles.
