How Chebet Ronoh Realized She Had a Problem with Alcohol

Veteran digital content creator, brand influencer, and former radio host Chebet Ronoh has opened up about her journey of self-discovery, future aspirations, and her battle with alcoholism, including moments of self-doubt.

“I had to realize that my energy is enough as it is, and I don’t need to be drunk to enjoy life or have fun. I wanted to explore how the sober version of myself could enjoy life, and, more importantly, I wanted to create memories. I want to remember meeting people and conversing with them, rather than just hearing secondhand stories,” she shared during her guest appearance on Stephanie Cherono’s podcast while discussing her sobriety journey.
