Speaking to his congregation, Pastor Ng’ang’a expressed his frustration with the current Kenyan government and confirmed his participation in the nationwide demonstrations.
“I have a 15-acre piece of land in Naivasha, and I’ve heard that some government officials have fenced off five acres of it. One day, they will leave. People with land are oppressing those without. I think I’ll join the next protests,” he declared.
He also challenged the authorities to confront him with tear gas.
“I will be at those protests. Bring your tear gas, and see if you can hit me. I can speak as a citizen, and I’ll leave my pastoral duties behind. You’ll see me there,” Pastor Ng’ang’a promised.

The pastor expressed his disappointment with the Kenya Kwanza Government for repeatedly targeting his land, which he insists should not be taken from him. This is not the first time he has complained about his church land, which he was informed needed to be vacated due to its location beside a road.
He feels that the government has gone too far in trying to exploit what others hold dear.
