Hessy sick worried as notorious female gangster Lady Quin resurfaces

It’s almost a year since the city was rid of two notorious female gangsters. Another lady thug by the name Lady Quin now tops Hessy’s list of most wanted criminals.

Claire Njoki and Marsha Minaj were some of the most dreaded female gangsters. The two were however killed after they failed to heed to Hessy’s warning to steer clear of criminal activities.

Hessy has issued fresh warning to Lady Quin. The crime buster first warned Lady Quin to desist from criminal activities on January 21.

Lady Quin went underground after Hessy’s warning but she has since returned to terrorize city dwellers. Hessy has issued fresh warning to the female thug emphasizing that it will be the last warning to her.

The killer cop is worried he would have to do the worst if Lady Quin doesn’t reform:

“My humble appeal to you, is that make sure u BEHAVE YOURSELVES, and no one will ask u anything, but if u fail to comply and a bide by the rules of this land, you will definitely dance to the ‘TUNES’ …. Am keeping an eye on u!!!” Wrote Hesy.
