Harmonize Discloses His Childhood Dream Career

Harmonize recently shared that his childhood dream was not to become a musician but to be a renowned soccer player, bringing success to his country on the global stage.

In an interview with Clouds Media, Harmonize revealed that his initial dream was to help Tanzania’s national team qualify for the World Cup. However, after his soccer aspirations didn’t materialize, he redirected his focus towards music, aiming to elevate Tanzanian music on a global scale.

Harmonize, the director of Konde Music Worldwide, mentioned that he has already completed a new album, though he did not specify the release date. This new album presents a challenge as he had previously told fans he would shift from releasing albums to focusing on single tracks.

“Last year, my plan was to release a very different album because I’ve done various collaborations with American artists. Honestly, I can give you a hint about the album I want to release later…”

He explained that despite his earlier statement that ‘Muziki wa Mama’ would be his last album, he has now completed another album titled ‘World Cup’. He shared that his initial dream was to take Tanzania to the World Cup, and while that dream didn’t come to fruition, his success in music inspired him to create an album named ‘World Cup’, featuring artists from around the world.

President Samia queries Diamond’s absence at Harmonize’s event.

“There are artists from America, France, West Africa, South Africa, Jamaica… which is why I named it World Cup, and it was supposed to be released first, but I said as a patriotic young man, let me take some time to talk about my president.”

In his fifth album, ‘Muziki wa Mama’, Harmonize released songs praising President Samia Suluhu Hassan. Some people referred to these songs as campaign songs ahead of Tanzania’s upcoming election, where Samia is expected to run for another term after being sworn in as president in 2021 following the death of former president John Pombe Magufuli. At that time, Samia was the vice president.
