Addressing these rumors, Frankie Just Gym It shared a detailed video on his YouTube channel, explaining his sexuality and why he has adopted a new fashion style.

According to Frankie, he is still very much attracted to women and intends to continue dating them. He believes that a man was created to be with a woman and clarified that he is not gay.

Regarding his use of nail polish, Frankie stated that there is no harm in a man pampering himself, even if it includes painting his nails. He mentioned that his polished nails often serve as a conversation starter, with many women noticing how neat and clean they look.
