In a heartfelt Instagram post, Nyaboke revealed the toll her losses have taken on her daily life. She admitted to spending most of her time confined to her bedroom, with curtains closed, relying on alcohol to numb her pain and help her sleep.

“I have been doing nothing but just sleep in my bedroom day and night, curtains not drawn, and drink myself silly to just get a few hours of sleep every day,” she shared.

Despite her struggles, Nyaboke expressed deep gratitude for her friend Joanne Wanjala, who stepped in to offer support and encourage her to prioritize her health.

“I have a few concerned friends, and one said she will pluck me out of bed to deal with me. She said she wants to take care of my physical and mental health as best as she can to help me out,” Nyaboke wrote.
