Esther Passaris Responds To Threats Of Losing Seat After Stating She Admires Ruto

Nairobi women representative Esther Passaris is disenchanted with a section of netizens who are trolling her for supporting Ruto.

In relation to the latter, Passaris has supported the Finace Bill proposed by Ruto.

She has been termed as a traitor, since she’s also a strong supporter of Raila Odinga.

For the latter reason, Passaris has been roped in to the conversation.

Passaris Responds

Upon seeing the paramount issue, she responded via her Tik-Tok, where she called out the section of netizens who have been trolling her.

(Just because I’m in Azimio and I’m a Baba Girl, I also admire Ruto, I admire the President, so get with it. I don’t give a crap what you think. Just because I’m in Baba’s party, doesn’t mean I have to hate Ruto. I love the President, I love the way he does things,” she confessed.

She continued to maintain that she will not be threatened in any way by those who call her a traitor.

“Don’t threaten me with 2027 with the one you’re going to vote for. You don’t even know whether you will be alive by then. If your only agenda in 2027 is to vote me out, remember there’s gonna be many people who will want to vote me in,” she emphatically stated.

The colliquy on whether the Finance Bill is worth it has got netizens all over sharing their sentiments, with most of them complaining that the taxation would be quite hefty for them.
