Edwin Sifuna Claims That People Sharing His Number Have Helped Him With The Ladies

Sifuna’s phone number recently became public during Gen Z protests, and he found himself unexpectedly popular among Kenyan women seeking romance. Following the leak, the ODM secretary-general received a flood of messages, particularly from young ladies expressing their interest. During an appearance on the Mic Cheque Podcast, Sifuna shared a humorous yet bold message he received from a woman named Ivy.

In a mix of humor and surprise, Sifuna recounted her message:

“Hi, my name is Ivy. I’ve heard you’re quite the ladies’ man. My only concern is where to sign up. I volunteer.”

Taking the incident in good spirits, Sifuna even joked about thanking those who leaked his number, remarking that they were only boosting his profile. “To Ivy and others,” he teased, “the line is long but moving.”

The leak of his number occurred amidst protests from Gen Z activists aimed at challenging political leaders, adding a peculiar twist to Sifuna’s unexpected surge in popularity among admirers.
