Dr Alfred Mutua Mourns Death Of His Barber

Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Dr Alfred Mutua is mourning the death of his barber of 24 years, Mr Francis Kinyua aka Mkirinyaga. Kinyua collapsed and died on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at his workplace due to high blood pressure.

Mutua said that he met Kinyua in 1999 and has been a loyal customer ever since. He said that Kinyua was the only barber who has ever cut his hair in Kenya.

“He was a man that I practically considered family. His blood pressure was found to be very high before his sad demise. He was 55 years old. Rest In Peace my dear friend,” Mutua said.

Mutua has promised to ensure that the children of the late Kinyua complete their studies.

“I will ensure that your children duly complete their studies. My sincere condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time of grief,” he said.
