DNG reveals the only real artists in Kenya

Former Radio presenter DNG has come out to share who is the most real artists in Kenya. According to the former singer, not many artists have money in Kenya so people shouldn’t be flamboyant.

Speaking to SDE, DNG claimed that only Khaligraph and a few other artists are real.

“Very few people have monetized their music in this country and we can name them. Ones that I know personally are Jua Cali, Nameless, Wyre, Timmy T Dat and Khaligraph Jones. Those are five, yet, artists in Kenya are over 10,000.” he said.

DNG went on to reveal that only DJs are making money in Kenya while artists keep acting that they are the richest.

“DJs are in business all week. The person who records the music is the most broke in this ecosystem of music, huyu ndio hana shillingi. Ask me, I have done music and at least I am honest about it,” narrated DNG.
