Dennis Oliech all set to make millions as South African club offers to sign him
Dennis Oliech has returned to action after spending years off the pitch. The Kenyan football legend has started training with a South African club.
Dubai DSC was the last club Oliech played for before he became clubless. The 33 year old striker intensified his search for a club in the Middle East but has now received an offer from a South African club.
Oliech started training with South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) side – Free State Stars last Friday. The Kenyan striker is looking forward to secure a deal with the club.
Assessment
Free State Stars coach Luc Eymael told Nation that the club will assess Oliech for a week before they decide whether to offer him a deal or not.
“I will assess him this week because we are training on Wednesday until Saturday since we’ve no fixture this weekend. He just did one training session but I could see he is good in positioning inside the box and it’s a matter of fitness and everything else that will be important but for now I can’t say I am totally impressed because at this level you’ve to see the player more. Let’s see what will happen in a week’s time then we can make a concrete decision,” said Luc Eymael.
