Celina reveals why she left Tv show Mother-in-law

Catherine Kamau aka Celina has been in the industry for a couple of years now. She became quit famous after landing the role of Celina on Mother in law and since then her star keeps shining brighter.

In a new interview the lady however opens up about why she opted to walk away from the show despite not giving any notice. Speaking to Kalekye Mumo on Talk central show, Catherine Kamau expressed her gratitude for having been part of the amazing show; but she got to a point where she felt that it was time the leave.

“I think looking back at things ,it was God’s time for me to leave but I wish I left in a nice way”

she went on to hint that after working with the show  for years, the cast or management sort of forgot her worth. For this reason she had to step out of her comfort zone hoping to venture into new projects.

“The situation was getting uncomfortable and you know I was breaking away I wanted to do other things and it was not going well with the management”

However, Catherine Kamau says that she resigned without a plan and this is something she regrets doing. But in her defense, something apparently happened triggering her to pack her bags.

“I just resigned without a plan, okay there’s something that happened and you know I’m a hothead and I just left”

At the moment, Catherine Kamau is doing quite well with her new show that has seen her win awards.

She now works alongside her husband and the two are giving other shows a run for their money!
