“Beauty is both a blessing and a curse,” she wrote, noting that Kenyans often refer to this as “pretty privilege.”
She discussed the challenges associated with beauty, including unwarranted hate and jealousy from others. “It opens many doors but also invites a lot of unprovoked negativity,” she added.
Kabinga Jr also criticized the way some men treat beautiful women, describing it as objectification. “People want to be associated with you for their own agendas. Men often treat you like a trophy to show off to their friends,” she said, accompanied by trash emojis.
