Brian Mwenda Refuses To Disclose His Educational History
Brian Mwenda Njagi, the man accused of practicing law without the necessary qualifications, has refused to disclose his educational history to protect himself from further legal problems.
In a recent interview with Radio Jambo, Mwenda said that he is reluctant to share his academic background because it could prejudice his case. He said that he will come out and explain his educational history after the court case is over.
This is why this is problematic because I can just tell you the primary school, but again, on record, there is no school I attended according to the normal perception. After this court case, I will come out and explain to people about myself and even my academic background. I don’t want to say things that might prejudice my case. That is what I have been avoiding. My education background chini ya maji (lowkey),” he said.
Mwenda’s decision to keep his educational history private is problematic because it raises questions about his credibility. If he is truly qualified to practice law, why is he hiding his education? It is also possible that Mwenda is trying to protect himself from further legal trouble, as he may be worried that disclosing his educational history could lead to additional charges being filed against him.
Overall, Mwenda’s refusal to disclose his educational history is a cause for concern. It is important for lawyers to be honest and transparent about their qualifications, and Mwenda’s secrecy raises questions about his integrity.
