Blessing Lung’aho Ignores Deadbeat Accusations By Matubia, Focuses On Acting Career

Actor Blessing Lung’aho has been immersing himself in his acting career following his split from Jackie Matubia, his former partner and the mother of their daughter.

In July 2023, Matubia publicly announced her single status, a month after celebrating their daughter’s first birthday. Since then, Matubia has expressed frustration with Blessing’s involvement in co-parenting their daughter, referring to him as a “deadbeat dad” on social media.

During an Instagram Q&A session, Matubia responded to a fan’s question about Blessing’s role in raising their daughter: “Is Blessing involved in helping raise Didi or are you doing it alone?” Matubia responded with a video conveying her disapproval, using facial expressions and a gospel song in the background.

To another fan’s inquiry about allowing Blessing to be a part of their daughter’s life, Matubia stated: “First of all, you give chances to fathers who are interested in the child first.“

Matubia’s decision to celebrate Father’s Day by acknowledging herself rather than her child’s fathers further highlighted the co-parenting challenges they faced.

Despite these challenges, Blessing Lung’aho remains dedicated to his acting career and is currently focused on his professional endeavors.
