Blessing Lungaho Compares His Acting Role To Real Life

Kenyan actor Blessing Lung’aho recently chatted with SPM Buzz about his character in the new dramedy series “Untying Kantai.” He stressed that fans shouldn’t confuse his character, Rob, with his own personality.

Lung’aho enjoyed playing Rob, but acknowledged the character was fully created by the show’s writer, Abel Mutua.

“Everything you see me do, everything I say, that’s all Abel,” Lung’aho explained. “Even how I walk and look – it’s all him.”

Lung’aho, who shares a child with actress Jackie Matubia, jokingly revealed his desire to play a character named Alejandro. Unfortunately, Mutua didn’t have a story in mind for that name.

“I’m a good guy in real life,” Lung’aho said with a laugh, “but Abel told me he couldn’t write a story for Alejandro.”

Lung’aho’s Debut with Phil It Productions

This role marks Lung’aho’s first time working with Phil It Productions. He playfully referred to himself as an “upcoming actor” despite his successful career.
